i feel like one thing thats important to note, is that bill got a lot more powerful just by entering the third dimension, and therefore gaining a third dimensional form. While still with a second dimensional body, he had an intense fight with time baby and needed help from his henchmaniacs, but after gaining his third dimensional form, he was able to casually one shot time baby. so his feats from before weirdmaggedon can be implied to be a much weaker bill cipher
But the thing is that bill has access to even the 11th dimension and if he was free and not caged in gravity falls, then he could get a 11th dimensional form and basically be untouchable even for his own author so he is much stronger then people think, but he just didn't have his full power shown in the show.

Isosceles triangles have two sides of matching length, so an equilateral triangle would also be isosceles, it's just that the third side is also that length. It's kinda like how all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares.
That isn't how dimensions work though. At most, maybe you could argue that a higher dimensional being can treat a lower dimensional thing as infinitely thin, but even then, that seems like a stretch. You probably aren't able to do anything more to 2D superman than break your hand or get a papercut on an impossible edge. Let alone being able to just break space and time, which by that logic would mean a higher dimensional being could break our reality by accident.

This was done in FiM, so we know it works 2) Make Discord to act orderly, which would disintegrate him after a while. Though I don't think that Bill would make someone act "orderly". First one that comes to mind for me would be kiana kaslana since she has conceptual mind manipulation/ersaure that can affect 12d+ beings and the energy that fuels her abilities (imaginary energy) directly counters quantum beings like bill cipher,the quantum destabiliser was also said to be able to permanently kill bill so anyone who can replicate its function with their own abilities could do the same. Two things I'd have to disagree on. First is Bill scaling to the Shacktron in the way you implied. He ripped its leg off because it wasn't within the force field, which is why the main shack was still mostly fine. Also, scaling Bill to 8th-12th dimensions based on a UFO seems questionable, with the Nightmare Realm being more of a "breaking a dam" situation, where you don't scale to town level even if the town below gets washed away because you broke the dam. The rest of the scaling is legit.

It's why Mable can spray his eye and irritate it, as if 3D spray material could harm an 8th+ dimensional character, and why the Shacktron can harm him at all, despite being made of physical material. He's narratively driven, as are all high tiers of the show, which is something I think most power scalers really need to start understanding.
Honestly a big issue Bill has is his lack of resistances. He does have some but surprisingly lacks much against stuff like Existence Erasure, Soul Manipulation or Mind Manipulation. This makes sense since he is a big fish in a VERY small pond.

First one that comes to mind for me would be kiana kaslana since she has conceptual mind manipulation/ersaure that can affect 12d+ beings and the energy that fuels her abilities (imaginary energy) directly counters quantum beings like bill cipher,the quantum destabiliser was also said to be able to permanently kill bill so anyone who can replicate its function with their own abilities could do the same.
Bill's resurrection was also dependent on his incantation/summoning of the axolotal,so if he's killed before he recites "axolotal! My time has come to burn,i invoke the ancient power that i may return!" he probably won't come back

Two things I'd have to disagree on. First is Bill scaling to the Shacktron in the way you implied. He ripped its leg off because it wasn't within the force field, which is why the main shack was still mostly fine. Also, scaling Bill to 8th-12th dimensions based on a UFO seems questionable, with the Nightmare Realm being more of a "breaking a dam" situation, where you don't scale to town level even if the town below gets washed away because you broke the dam. The rest of the scaling is legit.

It's why Mable can spray his eye and irritate it, as if 3D spray material could harm an 8th+ dimensional character, and why the Shacktron can harm him at all, despite being made of physical material. He's narratively driven, as are all high tiers of the show, which is something I think most power scalers really need to start understanding.
