Rise Of The TMNT & the movie were SOOOO good. A breath of fresh air for TMNT fans looking for something new & just genuine fun with the characters.
I remember when the show came out but to me it still didn’t live up to the 2012 series which also deserved a movie.

I personally think it's a case of we are getting tired of the normal scooby doo formula that we want something that is a little risky with the franchise, instead of a half ass sequel/reboot like return to Zombie island and that whole 2020 trilogy.
As someone who grew up on totally spies, the movie is way better than it had any right to be. It captured the show really well right down to trying to give you every fetish known to man. It's a fever dream of a show and I love. Last I checked, the movie and all 5 season of the show are free on RUclips so I recommend it if you're bored.
Also at one point, Jerry (the old man) is voices by movie Ironhide and barricade so that's fun

Rise of the TMNT is a fantastic film I can’t believe I’ve never seen the show I just hope it’s even half as good as the movie
Rise is my hyperfixation at the moment and I love it so much, it deserved so much better than what Nickelodeon gave it. Apparently the creators wanted to have more plot focused episodes but Nick made them make more filler. I was praying you would review the movie and to was so overjoyed to find out that you actually did!

The greatest thing humanity could make is a Disney crossover movie where Chicken Little talks to each of the Disney princesses with meta jokes, oh yeah and also a Last Action Hero 2, and cheap cheap Teleporters.

Honestly, I have more of a soft spot for these types of movies, as it feels like the creators naturally have a lot more freedom with these ones because they aren't trying to play to Hollywood or anything like that. There are obvious exceptions like the glorious Spongebob Squarepants Movie, but I adored almost every movie you mentioned in this one; with the rest just being ones that I hadn't seen yet.

For a while I did not know Secret of the Omitrix existed, so I was always confused about how Ben had the omitrix removed.
But he doesnt get the Omnitrix Removed in the Movie

Including Scooby Doo on Monster Island but not The Witch's Ghost is certainly a brave choice to make when Halloween is around the corner.
I feel like it says something of how incredible Invader Zim Enter the Florpus is when Adam loves it without having seen the original series(I highly recommend watching the original series it is amazing). Also my favorite Cartoon Movie would have to be Transformers Prime Predacons Rising it is such a perfect ending to a masterpiece of a series.
Trust me, watch Steven Universe, it does character arcs and reveals so well and it is a great show, if you ignore the start of season one and five, it's great, fucking come at me internet
You don't have to watch Steven Universe to watch the movie, there is a little summary of the events of the show at the very beginning for anybody to understand what's about to happen. But I gotta say that there are a few references if you have seen the show that are actually pretty nice ngl
Just a bit of information: The recently formed Avatar team at Nick has partnered with the same studio who made Rise of the TMNT and Lego Monkie Kid (watch it, it's really good) to make a new Avatar series.
Thats bad news, The Original Series had a perfect finale with really one loose end (Seriously i hate that they implied Zuko's Mother was alive at the very end of the series) so continuing it would probably be shit

@@PlayerZeroStart I’m not not very optimistic right now about the future Avatar The Last Airbender projects to me it seems like Nickelodeon wants Avatar The Last Airbender to be their Marvel or Star Wars basically make as much content as possible without any regard for quality or the possibility of making so much content in so little time people will start getting burnt out basically quantity over quality.

a fun theory I've had about the Rise of TMNT movie is one I've had for a while now about the Krang and that being they all come from one universe but then spanned out into multiple Multiverses. hear me out:
back at the 2003's special, we see that the Turtles span multiple universes of different styles, ages and time periods. We also know that there are multiple versions of characters like how Krang in one universe is the master mind in the 80's while we see another named during the 2003 version but the 2012 version really cracks this open. see, in that one, we see that not only do the Krang from the 2012 know of the 80's Krang, but they dumped him in another universe because he sucked. now, what's interesting to me is that i think the name "Krang" isn't some out right name or species since they are the species "Utrom" all the way back in the comics. so i think the title "Krang" is like a general or, in the 2012's case, multiple ones as well as just a name the Bad Utroms get since they work as a Hive Mind under the Krang Prime. what also helps my theory is based on the Rise movie, we see 3 Krang working as one, clearly 3 separate generals for different areas of work like the main leader or navigator/mechanic (in a sense. biotech and all). I'll even say Krang from the sequel to the Live Action Bay movie might have been a general as well, but due to he's pompous attitude could have also left or been banished from the main fleet.
than again: this is just my headspace when thinking about the Turtles and the Multiverse they could explore.
This sequel was expected but unexpected in actual production value, I’m proud.

I have a soft spot for The Loud House, I gotta admit. Sure it's obnoxious but the familial dynamic is funny, the sisters are the true stars of the show, and they're all performed by excellent voice actors.

I may have said this before in a previous video, but I just love how you manage to keep such a positive vibe throughout your videos even when you have something negative to say about something. It just makes every video so enjoyable to watch because you just seem to be having the time of your life while reviewing all these things :)
The SU one deserves a spot in the Criterion Collection.
I find it really sad that the death of Optimus Prime was actually like something the Hasbro people genuinely thought would be a cool story, and people assumed it was just evil corporate decisions and disrespect for the brand.
And then in G.I. Joe keeping Duke alive was actually a greedy corporate decision forced on the writers last minute, but people loved it.
It really goes to show that when people don't like a show or a movie you made, they will project the worst qualities onto you, no matter what your intentions are.
Except the only reason Optimus died was part of Hasbro's mandate to remove all the old toys and promote the new stuff. The people in charge did not care or have the passion the writing team did behind the movie.

I still think Rise Of The TMNT movie is really good, and it gave me feelings that I can’t begin to comprehend.

As someone who grew up with the Turtles Forever and Secrent of the Omnitrix I'm glad to see you like all of them.
We Bare Bears often does have them become influencers, but they also have just episodes of them getting into shenanigans. Like going crazy with tote bags, or becoming shush ninjas at the movies. It's a wonderful comfort show.
Steven Universe is one of my favorite cartoons, so I feel its hatred is exaggerated. It's definitely flawed, but its good qualities are still pretty darn good!

I've seen so many of these movies, Secret of the Omnitrix, Zombie Island & Big Picture Show I loved as a kid and the newer ones like the SU & RS movies are pretty good too.
KND operation Zero did a great job expanding on the KND lore and Ed n Edd n Eddy’s big picture show/Teen titans trouble in Tokyo were such great endings to both series especially big picture which was such a wholesome ending to the Edds.
Also side note who plays “It’s Terror Time Again,” every Halloween😅
So glad I wasn’t the only one that was terrified by Operation ZERO. And I love a lot of the Cartoon Network movies.
Now we just need the Gumball movie

The Regular Show and Ben 10 movies were the ones that stood out the most for me the most, just because I grew up with both shows and the movies really reflect how good the shows are, even if they do go a bit bad $h!t crazy at different points (such as muscle man getting probed by a futuristic toilet and losing all of his clothes).

I'm really glad to hear that Diamondbolt enjoyed the Steven Universe Movie. It is a fantastic TV movie and I do think it's worth checking out the show. The hate for the show was definitely overblown.

Ikr, i think the 4 seasons were Great (Although i admit there was too much filler in seasons 2-4), Season 5 was pretty good until The Diamonds showed up on Earth
Steven Universe Future started out pretty good but then it got pretty bad, and one of the worst finales i have ever seen, and they end the show known for its great musics with fricking elevator music
As an ex fan of the series, it deserves most of the hate it gets, though some people definitely take it too far.
I suggest watching Steven Universe, its an incredible show with amazing character stories, great songs, and an overall good plot. But I suggest you avoid watching Steven Universe Future at all costs
I'd say Future is actually not bad from what I've seen, though it is a bit more divisive than the original. Give it a shot if you want, but don't feel pressured to do so.
While Adventure Time didn't have a proper movie, they did these 3 eight part episodes, which means over an hour for each
God, Secret of the Omnitrix is a masterpiece. What a way to end a show like Ben 10.

The 2003 TMNT show and ROTTMNT show/movie are my favorite versions of the turtles
My personal favorite of these is one haven't covered and likely won't: _Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans_ . It's my favorite movie of last year and it literally is just No Way Home with a lot of surface level changes.
It was pretty good until that terrible ending (who thought that was a good idea?)

I’m not sure if it counts as a film because it’s only 50 mins but Jimmy Timmy power hour blew my mind when I saw it as a kid. It definitely felt large enough to count as a film to my 10 year old self.
invader zim actually had a comic series that started in 2015 but ended in 2021 so...i guess that counts as a revival? the show and the comics are absolutely amazing and funny as hell, i'd recommend checking them out
Just going to say that Steven Universe is *super* overhated.
Like, extremely so.
Also, the original show got cut off about two seasons early by Cartoon Network because of Homophobia, so if you do watch it in the future and find the last episodes feel rushed, yeah, that's because it had to be.

Please do part 3 and there was a revival if Samurai Jack on Adult Swim (never saw it only heard of it), the final episode got mixed reviews but I heard the videogame that came out a couple years ago was an actual series finale and was a better ending.

When zombie island came out that was the 1st time a monster was real in scooby doo and I'm pretty sure its the only time if not one of the only times a monster was real they didn't do nothing a billion times🤣💯

Enter the Florpus is such a goated movie. I watch it at least once every year without fail.
I rewatched the tv GI Joe A Real American Hero cartoons last year while working out. And yes, Cobra La and Cobra Commander were created solely for the GI Joe movie. The DIC GI Joe series acknowledges the film for its 1st story arc and then brushes it all away lol.
If you're interested in the real GI Joe canon, read the comics from Marvel from the 1980s/90s. Cobra Commander is a regular human who originally was a used car salesman and then decided to create Cobra. He also hated Snake Eyes and blamed him for his brother's death during the Vietnam War.
The comics actually depict war as soldiers from both sides can die or be seriously injured. No random parachuting to safety there.
If bolt talks about other anime films like some of the One Piece films for example I think Totally Not Mark would have a word with you.
I always just ignore the existence of the actual final episode and boom, teen titans actually has a good finale.

Zombie island low key might be the best animated movie of all time but all 4 ( cyber chase, witches ghost, zombie island, and alien invaders) are all absolutely fantastic.
