    I start working in a restaurant, today was my 7 day ...thank you for all your classes and advices ...the only thing i wasnt ready is for the tables fight i hate that so much ..thank you for your videos

      Tables fight? Do you mean that the waiters fight for more tables or you fight on what station to work.

    Very interesting video about services. For me, American service is the best. I also agree that the French server is the most complex.

      Just stay poised and concentrate. Everything happens one task at a time. If you can bunch few tables together and run them as a large group. Remind yourself that this last just half an hour to an hour, then it gets all back to normal business

    Sir tell me what's going on first in restaurant may Be first water second soup third starter and fourth main course and last dessert and tell me one thing more where place water glass right hand side or left hand sight and how to do count restaurant table and tell me table mate set up and chair set up with table

    In the Russian service you have to type yourself (as I understand it), in the American service you bring plates to the table and in the French one you bring plates with food, then a side dish, then the plates are brought back.
