The way they ended the show, it is almost guaranteed a second season. The Star Wars sycophants will demand it. I can only imagine how bad a second season will be.
That was truly the most cringe ans painful fan fiction I've ever seen and it disgusts me that 180 million dollars went into undeserving pockets because it certainly wasn't spent on the budget of this sh*t show. Just wow!!! On all levels did this show fail.
Lighstaber bleeding was stupid in the EU and it's equally if not more stupid in the Acolyte. I much preferred the reason for Sith having red lightsabers was because they didn't have access to Illum where the majority of Kyber crystals were mined and thus had to revert to using synthetic crystals for sabers and the process only allowed for the production of red crystals.
The High ground was not the problem. The problem was Anakin a Form five expert, pulled a Form Four move on a guy who was trained in form four by a form four master. So Obi Wan knew exactly what Anakin was trying to do sloppy and pulled the end game move on Mr jump over to get the high ground on him. Oops
Whether it is a starship space opera or a Kaiju vs mech fight. You need to do both physical models and CGI. Because however fake the practical looks the mind knows that it is real. While however real the CGI looks the mind knows it is fake.
Every Episode gets worst! This show is terrible. Destroys Old Star Wars. Should not exist. Story wise so much worst then the Last Jedi. Characters don't make sense. Much stuff not explained. Feels very pointless. Sure few good moments, mainly few combats. So much of this isn't at all what real star wars is. Pure leslye headland fan fiction about her own issues with few things thrown in or stolen. Just horrible.
Since the real world is intruding. We do not need more ship yard capacity to fix our large ships and build our new large ships to deal with backlog. We need to clear one dry dock to make quick and dirty PT boats at the WW2 level or better. One Boat with a crew of fourteen or smaller every two weeks. To be deployed to a hot spot at sea some where in the world to deal with problems until the big and slow Navy ships show up to bring the pain. Some times you just need a Mac - 10 and a hand grenade or in this case a fast moving small PT boat to slow problems down. Now back to fun. You never really see the ship building or upgrading of Starships in scifi . Your don't see the Romulan war and the need to upgrade th slower ships in the fleet to at least Warp three and post seven miilon people dead from the Zindi super weapon ship weapons uograde that Enterprise got. Potentially hundreds of ships needing that upgrade that fans could do a whole series on the space docks and the workers doing the upgrades in a rush. You do not see the starship equivlent of the quick and dirty liberty supply ships that both the republic and the confederation in Star Wars clearly needed right now in that moment. There should be a space dry dock series where you just hear reports of what is going on out there while the blue collars are trying make things happen with real world problems showing up .
Well, Disney/Lucasfilm wanted people to not care about Star Wars, not buy the merch....They succeeded.
Name one decision from any character in the entire show (outside of killing the witches) that made sense. I’ll wait.
