    Good motivational story.
    Today's diet:Mrn-jeera water, had 1/2 cup milk. Bf-noodles 1/4 cup and 1 dosa. Lunch-rice,parupu orundai kulambu, mullangi poriyal. Evn-1/2 cup tea. Dinner-(Aavani first sunday so did pooja in home) had ragi kool, rice kanji, small vada-2, sweet pongal 1tbsp, sundal little, payasam-1/2 glass. Walking 35mins

    Iam very impressed this story nila.i thought she is telling my story.i got a married on nov 2015 .after i got a pregancy on feb 2016 at that time my weight is 65.before my delivery i was 88.After delivery i was 87. Now I got a two baby. I wont reduce my weight before june.last month i started.when i started my journy my weight is 86 now i am 82. First time i started weight loss challenge.surly i will reduced my weight after that i too tell the story like this👍
