AV Technician’s is a cool and fun career, but can be lucrative if you live or are willing to relocate in the New York, Los Angeles, DMV, Seattle, and Orlando metropolitan areas. Just based off of my experience, all the big AV companies and entertainment providers are based in those areas. Also to add if you want to go to school and get certified for it, the educational institutions are based there as well.
