I prefer to just buy bullion grade pieces because it is very easy to sell, just hand it over the counter and get the cash. Simple! I did have an antique collection. You must know your onions or else you will lose cash. I sent mine to auction, it took months for the auction to start, but luckily all mine sold and they were good enough for the auction house to accept. I constantly have to pull myself away from the antique coins and buy bullion but knowing you can sell to hundreds of places instantly is what counts for me.
To sell those you have to get an eBay page with a lot of good reviews. Start building your eBay reviews. It’s A lot of work to sell. I like buying silver closest to spot
I found from mid 2020 until present was a really good time to get some semis. With the stacking cost of sovereigns so high recently, some of the collectables were sometimes cheaper. I grabbed some Marvel and Star Wars for cheaper than ASE.
Nice! one silver dragons. I will be reviewing a semi-numismatics coin soon with cut outs, ur frosted finished, mirror finish and all that are considered some sort of numismatics and anything with colour or high reliefs, are full numismatics from my understanding.
This video helped. But, I still have several coins that I can't pin down. Are Libertads semi numismatic, bullion, or a hybrid? ASE's - bullion or semi numismatic (higher premiums)? The Royal Corenation 1 oz silver bar/coin - just bullion or semi-numismatic (low mintage)? Englehards - just bullion or semi-numismatic (crazy premiums)??🤯
Interesting subject, even for us veteran stackers.side note, aparently indias purchases / stockpiling have increased by 260% this year.not all of that is industrial.the specs breakdown is not really available.indias culture places no shaming on individuals stacking.
If I understand your comments, bullion has no face value, Numis, however (semis or full), is simply a term for a collectible; bullion , coin, bar or medal.
I am wanting to start a US coin collection. I’m not sure what I wanna specialize in tho. I for sure want slabbed graded coins. Still debating on what I wanna buy
I think bullion crosses over to semi or even full numismatic when the premium charge for coins is above the 3-5 dollar above spot price. When you are paying 8-10 above spot for silver eagles you are paying for its numismatic collectibility/value not the metal content.
It really drives me nuts when youtubers refer to coins and rounds as bullion. Just read the definition and it says unminted in the form of bars is bullion. The raw unminted state is bullion, not the minted state. Just like the lbma says 999 and 9999 isnt the same either
For People that claim to know all there is to know about "stacking" & Numismatics, they're all pretty dumb. There is no such thing as "Semi-Numismatic"...It is literally a made-up word.... A product is either numismatic, or it's not...Bullion is taxable, Numismatics are tax exempt. If the product does not have an official government mandated monetary value stamped on it somewhere, it's Bullion. Us Government Eagles, Constitutional Silver are tax exempt, for that exact reason. Silver Rounds are not, and it's exactly why "stacking silver" is such a wasted pursuit. Any gains you might make in bullion prices advancing, are eaten up by taxes and a thing called Inflation. Stacking is literally the most ineffective method of accumulating wealth; anyone could possibly come up with...In 2006 the Federal Government made it a felony to melt any US Currency down for its metal content. Therefore, hoarding silver coins with the thought of extracting silver or copper or anything else from them at a later date, is Fool's Folly...Unless you want to spend a significant portion of your life in a Federal Prison
Glad you brought in Salivate Metal. That man is a legend for precious metals.
Awesome! Fun doing a collaboration with you and Sal!
Semi numismatics is easier to flip & bullion is smarter to stack. Numismatic have potential of great return overtime if you get lucky.
true that! I do it all haha 🔥🐉
60%Bullion 30% Semi 10% Numi. Is it the right ratio?
Great video! Loved the personal bit about how you got started. I got started with a penny from Panama that was in the laundry room!
yeah back in the day haha. that is super
cool! hold on to it! 🔥🐉
Awesome Dragons! It was an honor to be a part of this great informational video! Thank you sir!

Would classic Franklin Mint products of the 1960's and 1970's qualify as bullion, semi-numismatics, or numismatics?
Is it a good time to sell or hold on to silver?
I just bought a bit more today. I certainly would NOT be selling!
hold
forever lol 🔥🐉
Is a 1/4 oz gold Canadian twin maple leaf a semi-numismatic coin???
This video helped. But, I still have several coins that I can't pin down. Are Libertads semi numismatic, bullion, or a hybrid? ASE's - bullion or semi numismatic (higher premiums)? The Royal Corenation 1 oz silver bar/coin - just bullion or semi-numismatic (low mintage)? Englehards - just bullion or semi-numismatic (crazy premiums)??🤯
So I notice alot of people collect silver eagles by the year. Why is that? Is there something desirable about the year?
Interesting subject, even for us veteran stackers.side note, aparently indias purchases / stockpiling have increased by 260% this year.not all of that is industrial.the specs breakdown is not really available.indias culture places no shaming on individuals stacking.
That's a great breakdown for beginners!
thanks so much! 🔥🐉
Great collab-vid SD! We missed you at the Silver Symposium. :-)
thanks so much! awe bummer 😅🔥🐉
If I understand your comments, bullion has no face value, Numis, however (semis or full), is simply a term for a collectible; bullion , coin, bar or medal.
Good Video. I have some nicer constitutional silver coins in capsules including a few morgan and peace dollars.
that is awesome it sounds like a great collection! 🔥🐉
is 90% junk silver considered numismatics? or bullion or semi?
GREAT VIDEO SIR! SHOUT OUT TO SAL! AS WELL
thanks and yes Sal is awesome! 😁🔥🐉
Great informative video!
thank you so much! 🔥🐉
Another awesome video well done silver dragons🤩👍
thank you so much! 🔥🐉
very cool!!
Great video!
thanks so much! 🔥🐉
Bullion is weight-value with a little premium
Semi-numismatics is weight-value with bigger premium
Numismatics is mostly premium.
If you have $1000 to invest, what would you but to start stacking?
1/2 oz gold coin. 2022 perth mint tigers are beautiful and encapsulated from the mint. There's nothing like pure gold.
I am wanting to start a US coin collection. I’m not sure what I wanna specialize in tho. I for sure want slabbed graded coins. Still debating on what I wanna buy
morgans haha 🔥🐉
This is an ambitious crossover, only missing 2 is 1 lol
@SiIver Dragons make like the tree and get out of here chinabot
So appropriate this.
Great video SD! Nice Collab! Now if we could just get our politicians to play nice....I like that 2018 Wolverine!
thank you! yeah haha that will be the day 🔥🐉

yeah def a grey area but I do value your opinion! 🔥🐉
I never knew bullion and boullion (soup) were from the same root word for boiling!
It really drives me nuts when youtubers refer to coins and rounds as bullion. Just read the definition and it says unminted in the form of bars is bullion. The raw unminted state is bullion, not the minted state. Just like the lbma says 999 and 9999 isnt the same either
My collection started when my dad (found a jar of copper cents while moving the back yard. I would guess they are semi numismatic.
Thx
First 🥇
Thank u
Hey you said you melt silver
Do a life size cyberman head
From Doctor Who .

👏Sal👏
Semi numismatics is the Greater Fool Theory.
