My pro tip for decluttering is to not buy new stuff. I actually found myself in that pattern of where I would the clutter and then turn around and buy new stuff, the clutter, buy new stuff etc. and it hit me like a ton of bricks that I wouldn’t have to decluttering anymore if I stop buying new stuff. Only buy absolute necessities. You don’t need a boatload of shoes, cosmetics, fragrances, bowls, cups etc. You would be surprised at how little you actually need just to get through day-to-day things. People don’t need as much as they Think they do. There’s a huge difference between need and want. Minimalism is great. The less you have, the less you have to wash, clean and take care of. That’s just me.

Peaceful life...less is the way to go. I'm on the journey. It's not easy. The more you get rid of stuff (repurpose, donate, bless, & give away) the better life is!! And you gain momentum. It gets easier. Still on this lifelong journey!

I need to go through my whole house and declutter. My 23 year old daughter is leaving for college soon to get her masters degree, so to keep from crying constantly I will try to declutter. I always hate when I have a few things that I just don’t know where to put , so they get shuffled all around the house.🤣 This was such a great video!!❤️❤️

I so needed this motivation to tackle my house this weekend!! My problem is when the suns out and it’s warm, I don’t wanna work!! 😂😂
Jus a tip: if you clean your sinks and rinse it and dry it and if you take a dry cloth and put mineral oil on it and wipe it all inside your sink, and sides and on top around your faucet it helps preserve your stainless steel sink. Buff it after you do this. Makes your sink look good as well. *I owned my own cleaning company for 36 years. I only cleaned empty re rent, re sale properties. I had 25 women that worked for me. Also if you clean your shower and rinse it and dry it good , then you can take a dry cloth and put car wax and rub it on your walls of the shower then buff it off. It's a great way to preserve your shower and water spots . Cleans better and easier. Jus repeat after a couple of months. Jus another tip, no judgement zone here ✌️❤️
Also - you helped me wash dishes, sort laundry, take out the trash, and relocate all gifts and gift wrapping items to a room I'm more likely to wrap in:), and then get prepped for an evening shower. Thanks for working and sharing with us !

Thank you. I have had a horrid year. The year I planned to declutter. Health with my parents. Dislocated my shoulder then bruised my ribs, hip out, now doing physio for bursitis. My advice. Don’t let your body hold your stresses. What a waste. Now I’m the harvest cook. And yikes. I’m watching you as a

I always feel like decluttering and organizing is an ongoing thing. We have to live our lives and as we change our homes change. It's normal to do this every now and then. Great video. The house looks so good. Have a great weekend.

I have to clean and re-organize mine a few times a year, "everything" gets put in there!!!! I de-cluttered when I spring cleaned but I feel like I could do it again!!! I don't understand how we can accumulate so much stuff!!! You did an awesome job Karrie!!!! See you in the next one!!!!

My husband and I have been together since 2012..and married for 4 years on Feb 24. Our story is my favorite but im biased lol we met because we both ended up at the same place at the same time when we wasnt supposed to be there at all...Its amazing how God takes control and puts u on the path u need to be on. Divine intervention. Always love ur uploads and I have to say u have the most infectious, happy, beautiful smile!
I love how real you are! Dont ever be embarrassed of sharing your messy lives some are messier then others! I am I was a hording show I had so much loss in my life from rape to losing my 18 yr old son to suicide and my brother being murdered I stopped living! Stopped caring and stoped cleaning I wanted to not be here anymore! Then one day I was sitting on a bench and a old lady came up to me and prayed for me I looked around didn't see anyone! I was going to go into the river to end my pain! God had other plans I felt this peace swoop over me and I felt better decided to go home and try I managed after 6 months to get my life back on track ! I cleaned decluttered moved toxic people out even family and lost over 80 lbs became healthy mentally physically and emotionally 🙏 you are an inspiration to others thank you 💕 keep going others need you! 🙏❤️ God bless you love from Canada ❤️ now work with homeless people and realized this was gods plan 🙏
I usually get in the decluttering mood at the beginning of the year & the beginning of school. I don’t have any school age kids anymore but I still feel it’s a good time to go through your stuff
Our basement flooded back in June and we are finally putting it all back together after new carpet, etc.. so I was forced to “declutter” but it feels good. It is taking so long but it’s looking nice. You’re an inspo to me.

Girl!!! Yes I have add and this is so me. I love to that you use the bins to sort as you go ! What helps me is at night doing a 5-10 minute bin clean up. I do one like thing...so toys for the toy room going around and every single toy goes in the laundry basket and then boom

Yeah, the biggest and hardest thing is keeping up with it once it's done. It's always an ongoing thing. It's a lot easier to do a small mess than once it gets huge. You reminded me that I have a couple places to go through. Good job Karrie!

Decluttering does feel so amazing. You're so right...once you get going it goes so well. Your mind starts to just think so much better and figuring out where to put stuff comes easier! I wish I could do my whole house in 1 day. But not possible. I get deflated and don't get back to it or get back in the groove to get it done. I finally bit the bullet and doing 1 room at a time, writing a list to keep at it.
I also need to de clutter the side of my refrigerator. I also bought those hooks too and I hang potholders there

Great minds think alike. Last 3 days I have been reducing many things in different rooms. To give them a more open feeling . I have clean a few closets and draws . It’s never ending. I admit it I have to much stuff. Then we have a very large pole barn that ready needs cleaning so bad. But it feels good to get rid of and give or throw away things taking space I don’t use. Hi Karrie. It's a fact, at some point through the years we probably all need to do some decluttering and organizing in our homes. Humans are by nature hoarders because we like to buy stuff to add to the stuff we already have. Of course as I'm sure we've seen on TV some people go overboard and I'm by no means accusing you or anyone else of being like that. Lol. Karrie, you're the only person I've ever seen to put clean dishes in the dishwasher to dry. Lol. It's those little things that makes your channels fun to watch. You did a great job on your house. Everything looks beautiful 😍❤️❤️ I'm the same way with neighbors. For a while I had neighbors above me that were uh, RUDE AND NOSY even if it switched to new people. Got used to doing everything at night or really early instead 😂😂

I love these video's. It's always nice to declutter it makes me fill good to get it done once a month. I try to keep up. My personal bathroom with us having 2 full baths my husband has the one guest use also. Men just don't have as much as women in my mind.😊 I am always reorganizing my bath room. I love the Clorox mop. We’ve gone through so many but I got it at big lots you can get it at Walmart and target too…. You out your own solution in and it has reusable mop pads for it
