Hey Twihards! It’s been a while since we’ve all obsessed over a newly released Twilight Film - but today we’re taking a trip back to 2008 and looking at the Twilight Saga in a new light.
We all know how talented the Twilight cast is - Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner - phenomenal. But what a lot of people don’t know is how much improv they put in during their time filming the movies.
Some of the franchise’s most iconic lines were ad-libbed on the spot. Do you know the infamous line between Bella and Edward, “Hold on tight Spider Monkey”? That was completely thought of by R-Patz. It was never in the script.
The main cast aren’t the only ones who put a little flair into their characters either. Actors like Anna Kendrick, Jackson Rathbone, and Peter Facinelli also had scenes where they weren’t acting.
Heck! Even the newborn who played Renesmee brought their own little personality to the screen. Imagine just fooling around on set and having that b-roll make the final cut? It happened more often than you think.

One of the best I’ve ever seen. My dad doesn’t even like the Twilight movies (I know it makes me mad too) but he says that scene is one of his favorites. And he likes the song that goes with it too, obviously from Muse so it’s pretty fire 👌

I find it hilarious that Anna Kendrick fully forgot she was in four Twilight movies. During the 10th anniversary of the first movie she was being tagged in hundreds of twilight tweets and she was super confused until her friend reminded her 😂

The best was when she was on Watch What Happens Live in 2012 and Andy asked her what she could say about BD2, and she said, "You know what? I'm not in it, so I don't have to talk about it at all." LOL. Funny how her career has turned out to be better than Kristen Stewart's.

@@dongdingulus7954 Because they Twiligh movies were popcorn junk. They all got horrible reviews from the critics and Kristen Stewart won Razzies for her performances. You don't get an Oscar from being in junk like Twilight, and Anna was nominated for her role in Up in the Air. Serious actors don't want to be associated with stuff like Twilight. Look how Pattinson has done 10 years worth of indies to get the Twilight stench off of him.

You got to wonder if Robert Pattinson would like being Edward bettet if the Twilight saga was way more darker and less love than there is in the finish product
He already said he would. He was very sorry he didn't get to be a "real" vampire. He was looking forward to playing that part of it. You can tell that from the roles he's chosen since then. The Lighthouse, Good Time, High Life, and next he's Batman. The beat down he gives that guy in the trailer is fantastic.
Basically, he would have been much happier being a member of the Volturi....

1. Nessy wasn't invisible, they filmed it with a real baby. Later on, they edited the face.
2. Jasper practiced that bat thing, he didn't do it out of nowhere. He confessed it in his tour with the director to their twilight house.
Nah he said he was just playing around and doing it I saw the interview.
yeah she wasn’t completely imaginary but at 3:48 you can see they’re pretending to hold the baby, so maybe only at certain times she was completely edited in, as to why this is, i have no idea
@@dianasau02 In that scene, Renesmee needs to hold eye contact and make certain gestures to indicate the imprinting. You can't just sit a baby down and tell them to act, so that's why they had to edit her in. When she's just doing normal baby stuff and not vampire stuff, she's played by a real baby.

I actually really liked the spider monkey line because my nana and dad nicknamed me spider monkey when I was little, so it was like a reference to my childhood and I just thought it was sweet of Edward for Bella too

He babysat his goddaughter, Scarlet Lindsey, for two months when they were filming High Life. He took care of her all day when they were on set, feeding her, changing her diapers, everything. He even taught her how to walk. They found that when they tried to give her back to her mom, and then put her back on the set, she would cry. So they just left her with Rob all the time. He got no breaks when filming High Life.

The spider monkey inprov. could imply foreshadowing for breaking dawn part 2 when she climbs like a spider monkey up the mountain, going towards the hurt human, not too far from where they were at that time .. lol absolutely love it. Thank you so much, and Happy Valentine's Day #TheThings
This video is not accurate. Rob did not come up with the spidermonkey line, he just chose it out of a list of 5 new lines that the screenwriter came up with the day they filmed that scene.
Okay I'm just saying that Bella and Carlisle had some chemistry especially when he was patching her up after the paper cut and scary scene. I love Edward and Esme but them two definitely had something in that moment of the movie

after like 3 years after watching all twighlight movies did i just realize "why is the wolf so big?" shouldn't they be small haha
They’re written as massive in the books. And movie version New moon she even says that the animals in the woods are wolves not bears but that they’re huge. It’s supposed to be because they’re shapeshifters and that it’s some kind of like magic or whatever. In I believe breaking dawn when Edward explains shapeshifters vs werewolf they mention Carlisle having run blood tests showing how the shapeshifters are different from a normal human and that renesmee’s blood is the same way
in the books they are described as being as big/bigger than a bear so to me they are really small in the movies
@@jrose4260 in the movies jacobs head is at the height of Bella’s chest with all 4 feet on the ground. An average size bear would have to stand on 2 feet to be just a foot or 2 taller depending on the type of bear but they’d then loose the length so I think they made them pretty big. Stephanie Meyer was an executive producer and made changes in them and cameod in 2 movies so they were made the size she imagined I suppose
I love that Jackson said like two words in the entire series but was absolutely fantastic through the whole thing and is actually a totally talkative, goofy guy in real life.

i am obsessed with the twilight movies. Ok so I have this faze where when i watch a brand new movie or a show i cant stop watching and dont even care about the outside world , and i dont even sleep properly , i literally skip breakfast and lunch because i am not hungry and i always have this pit in my stomach when I first start to watch a movie because I known that this show/movie will end one day and I would have to go through a phase of loneliness and depression . This has happened to me several times first with harry potter , then with vampire diaries , then with originals, then with lucifer and now twilight . god i hate it when that happens

It's funny to me when people like you prefer hypocrisy to honesty. I think it's refreshing that Rob told the truth about such cheesy and poorly written material. And the professional critics agreed with him. They panned it as well.
