ITS_JOSH Bardock never actually spoke with Goku as an adult just in visions, plus Goku didn't really care about the other Saiyans (he actually says it during his fight with Frieza) and I could be wrong about this one but if people are dead for a certain amount of time the dragonballs can't bring them back.
