And unless I’m wrong, yamcha’s end power level is at least equal to frieza’s first form.
People always laugh at how Yamcha was unable to withstand Vegeta's 300× gravity training and had to *walk* out, all the while conveniently forgetting that Goku was almost turned to paste by 100× gravity on the way to Namek...
Also He was ABLE to walk out His canonical weight is 150 lbs at 300 G that is 45 THOUSAND pounds thats about the weight of a small bulldozer, a humpback whale, a dump truck, a loaded semi truck trailer, a garbage truck, or an F15 fighter jet

King Piccolo's men killing the warriors we had seen through the OG series, the Z Warriors falling in the Saiyan attack, Frieza's men (and Vegeta) causing genocide across Namek, Cell stalking/preying on innocent civilians while avoiding the heroes that could stop him. Also Yamcha being a baseball player was anime only just like Pikkon and Olibu, Toriyama did however suggest to Toei for Yamcha to play baseball just as he also gave them the concept art for Pikkon (and possibly Olibu too, I'm not sure about him). Mind you chapter 31 of the Super manga where they were determining the Universe 7 team for the Tournament of Power, where Bulma was about to suggest Yamcha before being cut off, there was a bonus page at the end showing Yamcha wearing a baseball uniform saying he still trains to keep from getting rusty just in case. As for Yamcha not fighting again after Cell Saga well that is demonstrably false as in episode 151 of Kai he fought against Kid Buu in the Other World, after having his sparring session with Krillin interrupted, and funnily later in this very same episode we see both Olibu and Pikkon show up (keep in mind Kai was meant to get rid of the filler) using the West Kai to watch Kid Buu's fight with Goku and Vegeta. Also later in the Super manga he also fought again later during the Galactic Prisoner Saga. While this video greatly overestimates Yamcha's power he isn't by any stretch weak, and he still trains right into Super and will still fight if need be.

Really tired of people thinking DBZ powerlevels scale linearly. 50,000 is not 33 x 1400 in DBZ. Put it this way: Roshi can destroy the moon with like a 200 Power Level. Farmer with shotgun has a powerlevel of 5. Do we think 40 Farmer with shotguns can blow up the moon? Do we think 300 or so Farmer with shotguns can kill Raditz? No. They don't scale linearly.

true just because there are 2 ssj1 vs ssj2 doesn't mean they are on the same level. Gohan crapped on Cell in ssj2 while Goku who almost at ssj2 unable to make Cell go all out. If we go by base , Gohan just went into the starting of ssj2 (we can see Vegeta and Goku got more powerful ssj2 form later). Then a starting base of ssj1 is Goku namek. This Goku with 1000 clones won't be able to do sht to Cell. The same goes for the farmer.

I always disliked how Yamcha got treated after the fight. People constantly nagged that he should have killed the Saibaman instead of bragging. But thats it: He DID kill him! Dont forget: Yamcha can sense power levels and Yamcha took 16 seconds simply watching the Saibaman in the crater, before turning and bragging. In that time he made sure his opponent doesnt make a single twitch and he sensed his energy very thoroughly. Second point: Saibamen and Sayans cannot sense energy levels! So the Saibaman couldnt have known how to hide their energy since they couldnt even know it was something that could be sensed. So it could not have played dead. So for all facts of that moment: The Saibaman WAS dead! But here is the catch: The Saibamen are lab bred for war. Their entire purpose is to fight, take over entire planets and train with Sayans. So for a beeing completely bred for war to have a biomechanism that is able to reanimate them to then latch on and blow up their foe makes total sense. If something is able to kill a Saibaman, it should be dealt with immedietly. So the bio-rivival is there to take the demaged-beyond-repair Saibaman and turn him into a living bomb. Very cold, logical and economical. Perfectly fitting to the mind of whoever came up with these fiendish creations. So thats what I believe is canon there: Yamcha 100% killed the Saibaman, he watched and checked the Saibaman for signs of life, He doesnt find signs of life so he turns around and starts bragging. Meanwhile the Saibaman revives himself and pulls a kamikaze on unsuspecting Yamcha.
There’s also the fact that none of the DBZ fighters at that time expected such a move from something so powerful (for the time). A self destructing technique? It was (I think) a first for the series, at least seriously speaking. For something that was as strong as Raditz? Practically Inconceivable to eve Piccolo, who I’m sure was shocked beyond belief too, seeming as though he probably would’ve tried to help if he knew what the Saibaman was up to (he needs all the fighters alive if he wants to win this battle).

People talk about how Toriyama dropped the ball on Krillin, Tien, Piccolo and Vegeta but YAMCHA was the first ever person in OG Dragon Ball to be able to match Goku. I hated how they brought it Krillin and tried to replace him as Gokus best friend. This man was goated. Gokus rival, Bulmas boyfriend and self taught! Even when they when to their first world tournament after training with Roshi, Yamcha had continued training by himself and could keep up! This man had the most potential along with Goku.
I love Yamcha and will gladly defend his ability...but I think it's a bit of a stretch to say he was a match for Goku. Goku wasn't at full power because he was starving, Yamcha threw everything he had at him and Goku still wouldn't stay down. If Goku was at full strength I don't think it would have gone that smoothly for Yamcha.

For Android saga Yamcha, there's also the fact that Gero had calculated Goku's strength based off the Saiyan saga and his projected growth from there. In other words, he thought Goku would get 20⁴x stronger, or 80⁴x stronger and Yamcha fit that bill.
He based his projections off of gokus previous battles. So no need to think the increase would be anything drastic like was seen on namek, with Goku abusing the zenkais.
@@cuckertarlson3037 The largest increase Goku had shown (what Gero built his projections around) was his increase from Raditz to Vegeta. In Numerical terms, 416->8000(20x), or 416->32,000(80x). Therefore he was expecting that every year, for the next four years(from the fight with Vegeta to the Android attack it's roughly 4 years, Goku would get 20x/80x stronger. the 20^4 calculations line up with how Piccolo told everyone to either be strong enough too beat the Androids or don't bother showing, with Mecha Frieza being 5-10x stronger than on Namek, while the 80^4 makes the most sense for Gero as a character, but may have been what he built the other Androids for.

So like I said. Still not inpressive. They didn't even know what SSJ was. Piccolos statement is irrelevant considering that yamcha got one shot by Gero and then immediately afterwards yamcha admits he can't hang them takes Goku home. Most of the feats listed in this video are non canon. In original canon yamcha doesn't really progress much after the Saiyan saga.
@@jamainegardner4193 Like, even though most people think power levels are useless as numbers and even the series stops tracking numbers and starts using other characters as measuring sticks, I did 20x his Saiyan saga power level (1480) and then did that another 3x to account for the training period for the Androids. I came up to 236,800,000... Twice what Namek-Freeza was at 100% against goku's super saiyan. That's also just assuming it was only a 20x increase each time and that's still impressive and could body the Naruto-verse easy
Most of this was non-canon ,but Yamcha surviving 300xs gravity was one of his best shown feats. Even if he almost died doing it thats extreme. Goku did 100xs and struggled just as badly when he first did it if not worse. Then continued to body the Ginyu force after training in 3 times less than what Yamcha did.

I was about to say. The whole point of that scene was to show that Yamcha is actually extremely tough and his strength and growth potential are incredible. He's not the strongest Z fighter by a long shot, but he is a badass.

The 2 biggest things we've seen in Naruto were that the sage of 6paths made the moon, and in the movie, the long gathering of Chakra to shoot the cannon that cut the moon in half. Now those 2 things in itself are another topic cause of the hollow moon 🤔 but yeah. Every fight in DB is a tail beast destruction fight. Those bombs are a casual ki blast in DB. Plus, in saiyan saga, Piccolo was easily able to blow up the moon. Yamcha has been training. Fam 😑
People forget, Madara dropping meteors was considered a huge feat top tier people struggled with. Blowing up a meteor is something even Saiyan Saga Z Fighters could do with ease (or if not Saiyan Sage, easily Frieza Saga Z Fighters could). DBZ power levels are MASSIVE compared to any other shonen.

So, i do agree that Yamcha is stronger than people give him credit for, but you wanked him to absolutely ludacris levels based on 2 fights that never actually happened. The ginyu fight, and the other world fight were filler. Yamcha's last proper fight was vs the saibamen. And maybe the sparing he and Tien had vs Piccolo on King Kai's planet. He does have some exchanges with the mini cells, but gets wreckt regardless. He kept getting stronger throughout the series, but he is infinitely weaker than what you make him out to be. He is definitely not SSJ2 level, not even SSJ 1 level. At most i would give him a beginning of the namek saga goku level. He is definitely a planet buster. That being said, i do believe he does solo the Naruto verse :))

Last i checked, Roshi during the first tournament blew up the moon, a roshi that was much, much weaker than even the Yamcha that fought Saibamen. The powers in Dragon ball universe has gotten so ridiculous that things have to be toned down for the sake of narrative, otherwise any ki attack would just blow up the planet:)). Last i checked, Rinnegan absorbs Ninjutsu, attacks based on chakra or nature energy. As far as i know, dragon ball characters have no such thing, so you can't just assume the rinnegan can absorb any energy related attack. And even if that were the case, it is not like they are immune to having their heads ripped off. The only thing i actually see working is if he is caught off guard and a rinnegan user can suck out his soul. Even though we have seen in naruto that people with strong chakra pools can do the tug of war for his soul. Plus both universes work differently. In naruto you die, your soul goes to the undying lands, and it is just that, a soul, in dragon ball, people like yamcha are allowed to keep their physical body even after they die. So it also depends on the rules of which universe you are using. For example DB characters have been able to nullify or reduce the effects of some hax abilities if the character is extremely strong, or has a strong will. like Vegeta breaking Babidi's mind control, or Vegitto keeping his abilities even after he was turned into a candy.

Kami vets having the Z Fighters keep their bodies to train with King Kai, but who convinced Yemma to allow the Ginyu Force, who deal with mass genocide, to do the same? But my theory is that they are still spirits and are considerably weaker.
I genuinely dislike when people use anime scaling when talking about the humans against other shows (especially when you reach inconsistency like Buu arc, Yamcha being above SPC means being stronger than SS Gohan as Dabura is Cell level and SS Gohan struggle against him). Its like how Sonic fans always have to bring Archie Sonic into the conversation. Like its fine to recognize Toriyama fumbled the back with them. No need to glaze them to show how strong DBverse is to Naruto/Boruto. You don't see people doing ChiChi vs Hinata or Orihime. Its fine to accept that some verse counterpart are just better.
I agree with pretty much everything but Kamui should work on Yamcha mainly because it's put on someone not launched like a bullet. If Yamcha gets Kamui on him he can't run away from it, it sucks you to another dimension while on you. From what I've heard that's how Kakashi beats Gojo because it bypasses defenses and you can't run from it you can only counter it.
The whole chakra/ qi reasoning is not really valid as they are only different because kung fu and the journey to the east are based around china and ninjas are based around japan. They are both essentially life energy just with different beliefs of how they work. Its like me saying qi and haki are different, no dbz character could touch a logia devil fruit user as it requires haki.

These can be fun. But I've always found comparing scales from different series a bit disingenuos and sort of a nebulous. Reminds me of the arguments certain players in the fighting game communities I know would have. I still think Yamcha wins, but I want to point out some possible curveballs the Naruto verse has. 1. Teleportation. Minato has a teleportation ability, that people react to. I think the speed of the Naruto characters may have been lowballed by not mentioning this. 2. Amaterasu. Not that it could do much damage to Yamaha, but it could probably at least hit him as the actuvation condition is just seeing him as far as I'm aware. 3. Izanagi (I hope this is the right one). The time loop thing could potentially stall Yamcha, or even make him give up, especially if he in typical dragonball fashion doesn't go for the instant win. 4. Hidan can't die, which might surprise and stall Yamcha long enough for someone to actually use genjutsu (presuming it can work on him in the first place).
Yamcha speed blitzes everyone before they can pull these techniques including Minato, Juubi Obito and Madara outsped him and they aren't even planetary let alone the crazy levels of power Yamcha would be at.

Amaterasu should deal plenty of damage to Yamcha, considering it lasts forever and he has to power down at some point. We've seen plenty of dragon ball fighters get injured by more mundane means if they weren't prepared/powered up, and Yamcha would have to sleep or whatever else.
As much as I love DBZ, I hate how bad the powerscaling is. Or at least how bad people parade it as. Like, quadrillions of times faster than light is so insanely, incomprehensibly stupid that it stops mattering anymore. That's so fast that they can cross the entire observable universe end to end in the blink of an eye. Instant Transmission would be utterly pointless because the time it would take for any character to get anywhere would be so insignificant, it might as well be instant anyways.
DB fans just overglaze the characters, they are not stated to be nowhere near as strong, but I have seen people say that even Bardock is star level. Yeah right, the character that canonically cannot even destroy a planet is star level, sure buddy. Or how characters are "way faster than light"; yet Buu saga Gohan flying at FULL SPEED took several minutes to go from one point of the planet to another, when actual light takes 8 minutes to travel from the Sun to Earth, so unless the planet in DB a third of the size of the solar system, that should not be possible. Let's not forget the classic post-Cell saga Goku struggling to lift 40 tons in base form. The reality is that, canonically DB characters are barely faster than light, and that's only Goku and the likes, not the rest of the Z warriors, they are nowhere near that level.

I appreciate the love you give Yamcha. I have this debate all the time with my brothers about his fight with Recoome on King Kai's planet. He shows great potential when he actually puts in the effort. However my problem with some of this is although he was a great fighter at times and technically his power level did increase quite significantly, he doesn't actually possess the powerful abilities to be a proper planet buster etc. He never has shown any kind of improvement with his ki and other techniques. He got his wolf fang fist, volley ball blast, and solar flare. And although he does have a kamehameha wave, when's the last time he used it? Just because he CAN pull the move off, doesnt mean he's proficient with it or even have the ki/energy to unleash a devastating one of any kind. So a fight with Naruto at his peak might be a rather interesting fight. Just my take on it 😊

You left out the Baseball episode where he survived unintentional blast from the God’s of Destruction, a Vegeta believing he was meant to harm other players during it, and he even outran Chompa when Chompa was chasing him. He only got caught by Chompa due to the fact Vegeta got him with a vicious elbow, he then proceeded to get Kneed by Chompa. Neither the God’s nor Vegeta understood the rules, they did this purposely to Yamcha. (Minus the stray ki blast during Chompa’s and Beerus’s brawl to what seems the death at the point only stopped by the vastly superior Angels.
Naruto can survive planetary attacks in kcm2 pretty well I don’t think Yamcha survives a city level attack he’d probably get speed blitzed anyway I’m not saying that he guaranteed loses, but I’m pretty sure it’s most likely Naruto

Itd be down to universe equalization to make their styles of energy interact with each other, but Genjetsus can be simply be overcome by recognizing the difference in chi/ki flow, which every Z Warrior has a level of mastery with Ki control, so would be able to dispel it by powering up, since many of the more magical effects of DBZ have been shown to be able to be suppressed if not outright removed by having a massive difference in power

Also Yamcha being a baseball player was anime only just like Pikkon and Olibu, Toriyama did however suggest to Toei for Yamcha to play baseball just as he also gave them the concept art for Pikkon (and possibly Olibu too, I'm not sure about him). Mind you chapter 31 of the Super manga where they were determining the Universe 7 team for the Tournament of Power, where Bulma was about to suggest Yamcha before being cut off, there was a bonus page at the end showing Yamcha wearing a baseball uniform saying he still trains to keep from getting rusty just in case.
As for Yamcha not fighting again after Cell Saga well that is demonstrably false as in episode 151 of Kai he fought against Kid Buu in the Other World, after having his sparring session with Krillin interrupted, and funnily later in this very same episode we see both Olibu and Pikkon show up (keep in mind Kai was meant to get rid of the filler) using the West Kai to watch Kid Buu's fight with Goku and Vegeta. Also later in the Super manga he also fought again later during the Galactic Prisoner Saga.
While this video greatly overestimates Yamcha's power he isn't by any stretch weak, and he still trains right into Super and will still fight if need be.

Yamcha is just literally that guy that hangs out with the S class party and accidentally becomes op because of how much danger he's been put through.
I always disliked how Yamcha got treated after the fight. People constantly nagged that he should have killed the Saibaman instead of bragging. But thats it: He DID kill him!
Dont forget: Yamcha can sense power levels and Yamcha took 16 seconds simply watching the Saibaman in the crater, before turning and bragging.
In that time he made sure his opponent doesnt make a single twitch and he sensed his energy very thoroughly.
Second point: Saibamen and Sayans cannot sense energy levels! So the Saibaman couldnt have known how to hide their energy since they couldnt even know it was something that could be sensed. So it could not have played dead.
So for all facts of that moment: The Saibaman WAS dead!
But here is the catch: The Saibamen are lab bred for war. Their entire purpose is to fight, take over entire planets and train with Sayans. So for a beeing completely bred for war to have a biomechanism that is able to reanimate them to then latch on and blow up their foe makes total sense. If something is able to kill a Saibaman, it should be dealt with immedietly. So the bio-rivival is there to take the demaged-beyond-repair Saibaman and turn him into a living bomb. Very cold, logical and economical. Perfectly fitting to the mind of whoever came up with these fiendish creations.
So thats what I believe is canon there: Yamcha 100% killed the Saibaman, he watched and checked the Saibaman for signs of life, He doesnt find signs of life so he turns around and starts bragging. Meanwhile the Saibaman revives himself and pulls a kamikaze on unsuspecting Yamcha.
There’s also the fact that none of the DBZ fighters at that time expected such a move from something so powerful (for the time). A self destructing technique? It was (I think) a first for the series, at least seriously speaking. For something that was as strong as Raditz? Practically Inconceivable to eve Piccolo, who I’m sure was shocked beyond belief too, seeming as though he probably would’ve tried to help if he knew what the Saibaman was up to (he needs all the fighters alive if he wants to win this battle).

People talk about how Toriyama dropped the ball on Krillin, Tien, Piccolo and Vegeta but YAMCHA was the first ever person in OG Dragon Ball to be able to match Goku.
I hated how they brought it Krillin and tried to replace him as Gokus best friend. This man was goated. Gokus rival, Bulmas boyfriend and self taught!
Even when they when to their first world tournament after training with Roshi, Yamcha had continued training by himself and could keep up!
This man had the most potential along with Goku.
I love Yamcha and will gladly defend his ability...but I think it's a bit of a stretch to say he was a match for Goku. Goku wasn't at full power because he was starving, Yamcha threw everything he had at him and Goku still wouldn't stay down. If Goku was at full strength I don't think it would have gone that smoothly for Yamcha.

For Android saga Yamcha, there's also the fact that Gero had calculated Goku's strength based off the Saiyan saga and his projected growth from there. In other words, he thought Goku would get 20⁴x stronger, or 80⁴x stronger and Yamcha fit that bill.
He based his projections off of gokus previous battles. So no need to think the increase would be anything drastic like was seen on namek, with Goku abusing the zenkais.

Therefore he was expecting that every year, for the next four years(from the fight with Vegeta to the Android attack it's roughly 4 years, Goku would get 20x/80x stronger.
the 20^4 calculations line up with how Piccolo told everyone to either be strong enough too beat the Androids or don't bother showing, with Mecha Frieza being 5-10x stronger than on Namek, while the 80^4 makes the most sense for Gero as a character, but may have been what he built the other Androids for.

Most of the feats listed in this video are non canon. In original canon yamcha doesn't really progress much after the Saiyan saga.

I came up to 236,800,000... Twice what Namek-Freeza was at 100% against goku's super saiyan. That's also just assuming it was only a 20x increase each time and that's still impressive and could body the Naruto-verse easy

Most of this was non-canon ,but Yamcha surviving 300xs gravity was one of his best shown feats. Even if he almost died doing it thats extreme. Goku did 100xs and struggled just as badly when he first did it if not worse. Then continued to body the Ginyu force after training in 3 times less than what Yamcha did.

The 2 biggest things we've seen in Naruto were that the sage of 6paths made the moon, and in the movie, the long gathering of Chakra to shoot the cannon that cut the moon in half. Now those 2 things in itself are another topic cause of the hollow moon 🤔 but yeah. Every fight in DB is a tail beast destruction fight. Those bombs are a casual ki blast in DB. So, i do agree that Yamcha is stronger than people give him credit for, but you wanked him to absolutely ludacris levels based on 2 fights that never actually happened. The ginyu fight, and the other world fight were filler. Yamcha's last proper fight was vs the saibamen. And maybe the sparing he and Tien had vs Piccolo on King Kai's planet. He does have some exchanges with the mini cells, but gets wreckt regardless. He kept getting stronger throughout the series, but he is infinitely weaker than what you make him out to be. He is definitely not SSJ2 level, not even SSJ 1 level. At most i would give him a beginning of the namek saga goku level. He is definitely a planet buster. That being said, i do believe he does solo the Naruto verse :))

Last i checked, Roshi during the first tournament blew up the moon, a roshi that was much, much weaker than even the Yamcha that fought Saibamen. The powers in Dragon ball universe has gotten so ridiculous that things have to be toned down for the sake of narrative, otherwise any ki attack would just blow up the planet:)). Last i checked, Rinnegan absorbs Ninjutsu, attacks based on chakra or nature energy. As far as i know, dragon ball characters have no such thing, so you can't just assume the rinnegan can absorb any energy related attack. And even if that were the case, it is not like they are immune to having their heads ripped off. The only thing i actually see working is if he is caught off guard and a rinnegan user can suck out his soul. Even though we have seen in naruto that people with strong chakra pools can do the tug of war for his soul. Plus both universes work differently. In naruto you die, your soul goes to the undying lands, and it is just that, a soul, in dragon ball, people like yamcha are allowed to keep their physical body even after they die. So it also depends on the rules of which universe you are using. For example DB characters have been able to nullify or reduce the effects of some hax abilities if the character is extremely strong, or has a strong will. like Vegeta breaking Babidi's mind control, or Vegitto keeping his abilities even after he was turned into a candy.

3:12 Filler in DBZ rarely fits the rules that its long-running manga states, but basically only truely good people keep their bodies or by divine intervention. Kami vets having the Z Fighters keep their bodies to train with King Kai, but who convinced Yemma to allow the Ginyu Force, who deal with mass genocide, to do the same? But my theory is that they are still spirits and are considerably weaker.

I agree with pretty much everything but Kamui should work on Yamcha mainly because it's put on someone not launched like a bullet. If Yamcha gets Kamui on him he can't run away from it, it sucks you to another dimension while on you. The whole chakra/ qi reasoning is not really valid as they are only different because kung fu and the journey to the east are based around china and ninjas are based around japan. They are both essentially life energy just with different beliefs of how they work. These can be fun. But I've always found comparing scales from different series a bit disingenuos and sort of a nebulous. Reminds me of the arguments certain players in the fighting game communities I know would have. "Well if this guy beats that really good guy, and I placed higher at this event than him typically, then certainly I'm stronger and could beat him too."

I still think Yamcha wins, but I want to point out some possible curveballs the Naruto verse has.
1. Teleportation. Minato has a teleportation ability, that people react to. I think the speed of the Naruto characters may have been lowballed by not mentioning this.
2. Amaterasu. Not that it could do much damage to Yamaha, but it could probably at least hit him as the actuvation condition is just seeing him as far as I'm aware.
3. Izanagi (I hope this is the right one). The time loop thing could potentially stall Yamcha, or even make him give up, especially if he in typical dragonball fashion doesn't go for the instant win.
4. Hidan can't die, which might surprise and stall Yamcha long enough for someone to actually use genjutsu (presuming it can work on him in the first place).
Yamcha speed blitzes everyone before they can pull these techniques including Minato, Juubi Obito and Madara outsped him and they aren't even planetary let alone the crazy levels of power Yamcha would be at.

THere are maybe three characters in Naruto have shown an ability to fly Onoki, Pain, and Madara. None them though have shown the could match Yamacha in aerial combat. Amaterasu should deal plenty of damage to Yamcha, considering it lasts forever and he has to power down at some point. We've seen plenty of dragon ball fighters get injured by more mundane means if they weren't prepared/powered up, and Yamcha would have to sleep or whatever else.
As much as I love DBZ, I hate how bad the powerscaling is. Or at least how bad people parade it as. Like, quadrillions of times faster than light is so insanely, incomprehensibly stupid that it stops mattering anymore. That's so fast that they can cross the entire observable universe end to end in the blink of an eye. Instant Transmission would be utterly pointless because the time it would take for any character to get anywhere would be so insignificant, it might as well be instant anyways.
DB fans just overglaze the characters, they are not stated to be nowhere near as strong, but I have seen people say that even Bardock is star level. Yeah right, the character that canonically cannot even destroy a planet is star level, sure buddy. Or how characters are "way faster than light"; yet Buu saga Gohan flying at FULL SPEED took several minutes to go from one point of the planet to another, when actual light takes 8 minutes to travel from the Sun to Earth, so unless the planet in DB a third of the size of the solar system, that should not be possible. Let's not forget the classic post-Cell saga Goku struggling to lift 40 tons in base form. The reality is that, canonically DB characters are barely faster than light, and that's only Goku and the likes, not the rest of the Z warriors, they are nowhere near that level.

Because it's been a while since I've seen DBZ and I haven't bothered with DBS, so I wasn't sure how much was legit and how much was fans overhyping the characters. Though sometimes the filler doesn't help matters. Like Vegeta and King Vegeta wiping planets out with a wave of their hand. Which I dislike because it lessens the impact of Freiza doing the same thing. Or hearing people continue to talk about power levels and saying characters are in the octillions or nonillions now. Even though the entire point of power levels was to show that it was a dumb way to judge one's power.

I appreciate the love you give Yamcha. I have this debate all the time with my brothers about his fight with Recoome on King Kai's planet. He shows great potential when he actually puts in the effort. However my problem with some of this is although he was a great fighter at times and technically his power level did increase quite significantly, he doesn't actually possess the powerful abilities to be a proper planet buster etc. He never has shown any kind of improvement with his ki and other techniques. He got his wolf fang fist, volley ball blast, and solar flare. And although he does have a kamehameha wave, when's the last time he used it? Just because he CAN pull the move off, doesnt mean he's proficient with it or even have the ki/energy to unleash a devastating one of any kind. So a fight with Naruto at his peak might be a rather interesting fight. Just my take on it 😊

You left out the Baseball episode where he survived unintentional blast from the God’s of Destruction, a Vegeta believing he was meant to harm other players during it, and he even outran Chompa when Chompa was chasing him.
He only got caught by Chompa due to the fact Vegeta got him with a vicious elbow, he then proceeded to get Kneed by Chompa.
Neither the God’s nor Vegeta understood the rules, they did this purposely to Yamcha. (Minus the stray ki blast during Chompa’s and Beerus’s brawl to what seems the death at the point only stopped by the vastly superior Angels.
Naruto can survive planetary attacks in kcm2 pretty well I don’t think Yamcha survives a city level attack he’d probably get speed blitzed anyway I’m not saying that he guaranteed loses, but I’m pretty sure it’s most likely Naruto
Yamaha can’t get speed blitzed. He’s way faster.
Every single Z human can literally move faster than the speed of light, and he kept up pretty well versus the cell juniors who all have the same amount of power that perfect cell has

Duh why wouldn't it? Yamcha has never shown any hax resistance to anything that exist in naruto nor would he even know of them beforehand so how can he counter something he doesn't even know of?
Itd be down to universe equalization to make their styles of energy interact with each other, but Genjetsus can be simply be overcome by recognizing the difference in chi/ki flow, which every Z Warrior has a level of mastery with Ki control, so would be able to dispel it by powering up, since many of the more magical effects of DBZ have been shown to be able to be suppressed if not outright removed by having a massive difference in power
@Gorerend this is such a non argument, are you not aware of specialist who are trained specifically to have mental resistance to genjutsu and even with that they've still been caught at some point or another if the genjutsu is just that potent, how long you think it's gonna take yamcha to do whatever he need to try to get out before he's killed while he's in it yall don't think about that huh? For instance itachi can make a picosecond feel like DECADES just think about that for a second
@@SosukeTYBW i mean cool story, but law of averages has it at Yamcha annihilating the entire verse in less time than that, and again, with the power difference being so vast between the characters theres a good chance that the genjetsu cannot even stick due to the flow of chi/ki being too great that the disruptions that Genjutsu’s rely on arent able to have a sufficient enough impact.
Low tiers can interact with low tiers, but can seldom do anything to high tiers, Naruto verse at best is continental unless ya want to do wankery than ill allow small planet at best. And Yamcha would unfortunately be akin to Superman to them

FINALLY some credit for my main man, Yamcha. Always been one of my favorite DB characters, and the Wolf Fang Fist is probably my favorite physical technique from the series, the only other one that could maybe beat it out being the Dragon Fist. Put some respect on Yamcha's name.
