If I know for sure the surface is plastic (or vinyl) and it is really dirty, I'll use a stronger concentration or even full strength. It cuts through the grime a lot faster. I was being a little conservative in this video since I was working with a mix of materials.
Yes. You will want to test a hidden section but I have used this to remove stains from carpet. I wet the carpet and apply the Super Clean. Then I agitate it with a brush. Finally I suck it out with a wet vac or carpet shampooer. I have also sprayed it on clothing before putting it in the laundry.
