Does anyone else find that, when you listen to fast rap, you can hear the words and know what they're saying just fine but if somebody asked you to say something about the sentence then you wouldn't be able to. If that makes any sense.

Comprehension isn't the same as retention and retrieval, you can experience and understand but it doesn't transfer to short or long term memory properly (without repetition, practice, and mindful purpose to remember word for word).

The Dillmania I think he means his artistic approach. He doesn't always rap fast and uses melodies and sentimental lyrics way more often than token or any other rapper really. At least even semi-relevant ones. On top of that this music video is nuts and woah wish wish video is even better. Whole new game. This guys an entertainer.

Met him at Denver Warped and he is so sweet!! I threw my hat on stage during his set and he threw it to a random part of the crowd after wearing it. I didn't get it back, but it's cool. I met him directly after his set and he said he didn't see where it came from so he didn't know where to throw it back to. He gave me a free CD "for my loss" and hugged me. Best ever. Totally dope experience.

I Don't know if they have done a behind the scenes video on this, but the method by which it's done is actually pretty easy to explain, It's just executed beautifully here, just as it was in "talking to myself" (which does actually have it's own BTS Video). Basically it's just a motion controlled camera, which makes completely repeatable shots possible. In this case it's an arm on a dolly, plus a remote head and focus+zoom, which allows position, rotation etc. to all be controlled through a computer, with some timecode to keep it in sync to the music and keep the performances consistent. From that you just do as many takes as you have duplicate people in your frame, and composite it by rotoscoping in each layer. Bit time consuming, but definitely worth the final result.
