We decided the only way to do justice to a song with ten verses on it (counting the intro) was to have ten different directors for the video. We shot this video last weekend, one day before the x Infinity film premiere screening. We wanted to do our version of filmmaking summer camp. Welcome to the apocalypse.

Well in Diggs verse he says "you'd better drive" and then in Nat's verse she says "Diggs in the driver and Raf in the back." So they probably had to make an adjustment for the video.

Since this album came out I've always wondered what a music video to this track would look like. Needless to say it blew my mind!

I'd just like to appreciate the lyricism here. The constant comedic back drop of robot-zombie-clowns and wild packs of North American beavers and Watsky's quest for a craving of garlic rolls. The way Flint Michigan is described as a wasteland _before_ the apocalypse and the constant dread of a dead world, deserts in Portland and winter coming in flames. Its all extremely good story telling and atmosphere that builds on it's self in a beautiful prose of improv. I especially love how it ends on a really poetic line that mirrors the beginning.

Each collaborator adds to a composition in sequence, either by following a rule (e.g. "The adjective noun adverb verb the adjective noun." as in "The green duck sweetly sang the dreadful dirge.") or by being allowed to see only the end of what the previous person contributed.
