First floor wall Layout before Framing

Here I layout every single wall with studs, opening and whatnot for the first floor. I think it makes it more efficient when framing the walls and not having to pull layout then.

Hey, love following all your builds. What's the reason for the double bottom plate here?

Hey thanks so much for the support!! So the two plates on the ground there are the bottom and top, screwed down together so i can mark the whole thing out, label them and then throw them to the side to keep them organized.
When it's time to build the wall i'll just take the screws out and were ready to go.
