Decoding Product Management

A few years back I embarked on a journey towards product management. I had explored multiple fields and I felt at that time that product is my calling. There were not a lot of resources back then and programs like Nextleap, Upraised and PM School were just starting up.
Today, there are a lot of programs, bootcamps and courses dedicated to product management but a lot of structural questions around breaking into it and building a career still remain unanswered. This belief has been confirmed by the fact that a hundreds of people have reached out to me for PM guidance over the last few years.
