I just don't understand why I am seeing so many living rooms with off center corner fireplaces. That would be a deal breaker for me, I like symmetry, in house one the fireplace look like an after thought. I do like that the windows in the master bath are frosted for privacy,
Painted brick. What item that’s painted doesn’t need repainting. Especially brick! Uuughh. The whole idea behind brick is no maintenance… well that took care of that. And if that brick wasn’t prepped for paint ….huge failure. PS. 95% are not prepped right.
