I want to relocate to Texas with my two teenage children because my oldest daughter lives in Houston however, I am looking for something quieter-slow paced, with the look and feel of a dream home where amenities are close and by, and has low taxes,
Rochester! Welcome to the channel. The only portion that will likely be difficult in the home you’re describing are low taxes. Places in nice areas near amenities tend to have much higher taxes. Not impossible but as you get further away from Houston towards our premiere suburbs the taxes tend to be above 3%.
Looks beautiful, my daughter lives in lake Jackson . I was wondering if Perry homes builds in that area also what’s the price range of this home. I currently live in the POCONOS in PA. I’ve been looking to relocate to Myrtle beach South Carolina or Florida but I must say I have not seen homes like this in those places so what are they asking on a home like this one thanks
