I’m 100% in favor of the sink in the island. As someone that cooks a lot, I want to be able to turn around with a pot of pasta etc and drain it into the sink, not walk with it for 10, 15, 20 steps. Pot fillers only solve half the problem. I also want to prepare food next to the sink and again not be walking all the way across the room with it. Having a sink away from the range on the side of the kitchen would be a dealbreaker for me.
Loved the 2nd home the most. 4th one was nice too

I’m an hour in and so far I am enjoying the tours. Home #2 is my favorite so far. The open concept of living/dining/kitchen continue to be impressive with each tour. Lots of storage space and large BdRs is a plus. Generous patio/yard spaces are perfect for entertaining!! Thanks for sharing!! Take care!

Love this home. The knock out the park with the dark doors and frame.
That housse is spectacular. The decorators did an awe stunning job in every room. However, when it got to the master bedroom I felt let down. Why is the master suite one of the smalles roomst in the house. The people that pay for the house should have the best room. Nevertheless, it is by far one of the best, if not the best house I have seen. This is truly a desirable foever homes..

You made a comment about putting a picture window in the master/primary of the first home. But can you do that in a bedroom? Doesn't fire code say you have to have a means of escape (window that opens)? Just checking. Thanks.
Great question! Yes, every habitable space you need egress windows. Usually what looks great is large picture windows on one side of the primary bedroom and egress windows on both ends of the beds on the other side 👍🏼 Hope that helps!
