this is my idea of a perfect home. I am an empty nester, but when the kids come visit, they would have space. I love the layout and windows and floors get me every time I look at a Perry Home. :)

I really like this house!!! Great video Marcus, but this one doesn’t make a ten for a couple of reasons!!! The utility room is wayyyy too small. With that starting price and oversized washer and dryer it should be much bigger and not feel cramped. Also with that starting price there should be soft close on all of the drawers and cabinets in that house no exceptions!!!!! I’ll give it a 9/10 for the outstanding job everywhere but that utility room and no soft close features.
I’m in Illinois & I hadn’t had a desire to move to Texas but while watching these videos, I get a bit tempted. I love the homes you show.

The bathrooms would have to have a window that can open and glass doors to the shower that opens in and out.
