Very beautiful house Marcus!!!! However there’s a few things that I’m not fond of though. For a house like this, I would have loved to see a more modified formal entrance in lieu of the just walk right into the great room and kitchen with no sense of privacy from the double glass front doors. Having a more formal entrance would have been very grand. I’m not a fan of having a refrigerator in the utility room. In this case, it’s impractical and would’ve worked better in pantry right across from the kitchen instead of going those few extra steps to the utility room. Not a fan of the plantation shutters but that’s just one of my personal despises!!! I grade this house 🥁……. 9/10. Great video Marcus. Ohhh love the land and elevation of the house 😊!!!!

Beautiful!! That oversized pantry though! The built in desk is nicely tucked away. Large utility room is a plus for me. Don’t need the dog wash 😊. Color (green) choice of cabinetry is different in laundry area.

Love the oversized shower in Primary suite and the storage space . Walk in closets are like mini boutiques 😊
That bonus area upstairs is 🔥🔥. The decor is nice too.

Outdoor patio area is massive. Large lots!

Thank you for the feedback, I’m glad you liked it! Not necessarily a ranch home but certainly on some acreage. There are some custom homes with a ranch style from these builders but most people just really wanted some space between neighbors. These great builders gave customers options for more yard 👍🏼

The home is beautiful but definitely not for my family. My husband said he was done when you walked straight into the great room as if it was a modular home 😂. The rooms other than the owner suite are too small especially the closets. Storage is a must in a home of this size and price. When we saw that the you could look right into the owner suite from the great room we stopped watching 🤔

Beautiful house. Not a big fan of those glass doors. The idea that a stranger can stand at the front door and look through your entire house is creepy.
That’s a solid point! May be better to choose the privacy glass instead of the clear windows for peace of mind 👌🏼
