Any flood concerns in the above area?

Yes, flooding is always a concern, especially on the very flat coastal plain south of Houston. Any buyer better have very good flood insurance.

I'm not a fan of the single sinks! I can't stand them! Lol You have to use a dish pan.
The double sinks are great, like gas appliances. My family and I will be moving to the Houston area within 3 years. I'm looking forward to the new life. I love all of the many things and options for housing, shopping, Churches, etc.
God bless everyone! I love and pray for everyone! ❤️🙏🏽🤗
By the way, I look forward to seeing all of the videos about the Houston area. I'm from Oklahoma. Our traffic isn't nearly as bad as Houston and Dallas.

I know this isn't very popular for many people what could you talk about if people have disabled children how this community is supportive for that?

Can the Kaitlyn have an elevator? I really hope that toll Brothers starts making their designs with elevator shafts for people that may need that type of support.

The Texas flag on that corner house is upside down. Please have someone fix that ASAP. I can’t even watch the rest of the video. Texas 101. Fix that sh*t.

      Yep!
But I am sure their reasoning is that "affordability" is relative.
But that is still a lame excuse because "affordability" to most people means being able to buy for an average working family.
And $700-800k is definitely NOT affordable for an average family.

      @@gizemaytur725So?
"Affordability" means being able to buy for a median household income.
      That is NOT $700-800K.

You guys do more talking than you do showing a home! We want to see the homes not listening to you guys NONE-STOP chattering! Half the time you are talking so much you stop showing the house because you’re deep into your personal conversations, STOP talking and show the homes!!!!!!!
