None of the Toll Brothers homes are top choice in Georgia. The providence group is a top builder in Georgia and they are good. Toll brothers homes in Arizona , Nevada, Mid West, and Texas are amazing. I only saw one home in Georgia I liked from toll brothers and that was in cumming.
The problem with duel 2 car garages in the front like the first house had is your entire view of the front yard is just a concrete driveway. That gorgeous dining room window will look out over a driveway.
Yes, essentially a motor court! If you like landscaping in 80% of the yard, it might be best to go with a 3-Car tandem garage 👏🏼 Thank you for watching 🙏🏼

Toll homes in the DC area are twice the size of this one. Not a fan of the double staircases or a waste of space wine cooler just so I can say I have one???? Made it through two homes. Maybe a little more video and a little less you have this and that would make it easier to watch.
I think this house is uniquely beautiful but what is up with the media room the movie room why are the seats parallel to the TV shouldn’t seating in front of the TV so you wouldn’t have to turn your neck to look at television, it would be super uncomfortable. I have to say told brother dropped the ball on that one. Another thing upstairs before you get to the theater room that room right there with the shuffleboard looking game in there what is the deal with the extra little small wooden bars that partially blocks the TV on the wall? What is the purpose of that? Also, your mudroom and room are not truly a dedicated workout room. It’s too small, just speaking my opinion and asking questions.

Most of these are forever homes. You really don't want an upstairs bedroom if you're 90 with a propensity to lose your balance.
