Thank you, Kaleb! All 3 houses appear to be an excellent value! House 3, being next to a power tower, may be a big problem unless you can live with the humming, subsequent cancer in your organs, and UFO’s recharging over the lines 😬.
Hello Kaleb,.houses number one and two are, nice, no HOA, and below three hundred thousand 💃🏽💃🏽. House number three is very nice as well, new, with no HOA, and well-priced, another 💃🏽. Those prices are unheard of in southern Florida, wow!! Nice presentation ❤
Hello, Kaleb!! These 3 homes are really NEW AND BEAUTIFUL!! They all have a different style and appeal and the best part: NO HOA!! How perfect is that!! Love the ambiance, the locations, and the well built structures of each house!! You really did your homework with these great homes!! Thank You for sharing these amazing places with your viewers!!❤😊
Congratulations!! You two make a wonderful couple. We enjoy your show and you are the best at showing homes. We really like the added bonus of going out to eat Keep doing a great job. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness!! From an old married couple of 43 years.
Oh wow! 43 years is a lifetime! Many blessing to you and your family. Thanks for the kind words and for supporting us! I hope we make it to 43 as well! 😅🙏🎉
I noticed a water well in the first house. I’ve never had this before and I’m sure these are also on a septic system too which I’m also unfamiliar with. If so, there’s probably not going to be an option to put in a pool as the underground system is typically in the back yard. By chance do any of these homes have public water and sewer?
Kaleb. I’m late but here. Hopefully you and Mabel had a fun Cinco de Mayo. Love the spacing between the homes. My husband would love this. 1st home basic elevation. You know I don’t like seeing the kitchen on entry but great floors and a nice open concept. Ok size primary and en-suite. Agreed. Nice shower. Good size closet. Nice kitchen. Prefer a farmers over a split sink. Indoor W/D. Ok size pantry, guests bedrooms and bathroom. Big spilt backyard but questionable for a pool. Nice home great price. 2nd home like the front elevation. Like the cul de sac. Open concept. Like the kitchen sets back. W/D in the front rare but appreciated. Ok size primary. Small en-suite. Toilet placement undesirable right in front the shower but its ok. Big backyard for a pool. Pantry doable. 3 beds to 1 bath 😕. Nice bath. 3rd home like the elevation. A tad bit desolate. Hubby would love. This the largest of the 3. Nice floors. Kitchen ok. 3 beds to 1 bath 🫤. Big backyard for a pool. Laundry 🧺 room on the primary side 👍🏼. Great size primary. Biggest home with the smallest primary en-suite and closet. Think the 2nd home my fav but all 3 nice. Thanks for sharing. See you next week 🤗
Hi Cydney. Thanks for your comment and for always supporting us. Mabel says hi! These are very affordable homes in the current market, with decent lot size. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Wait until next week. We have something special to share. Let’s say we had an incredible 5 de mayo weekend! I hope you had a great one too! 👍🏼
Hi Kaleb, what about insurance of the house? I have been thinking about investing there but I heard that prices of insurance are insane and skyrocketed
Hey Kaleb I like them all I am sure many potential buyers would agree with me. Ocala is the new Orlando...just little over an hour drive ,well done Kaleb ( Mike Mukeba)
Hey Kaleb, House #1 is really nice. Although the floor plan is a little different than other homes you have presented. The price is not too bad. House #2, I have say that I really likes the kitchen, And I would have fenced off the backyard. The garage definitely needs epoxy flooring. But still a nice liking home. House # 3, I thought nice, But didn't care for the Transformer behind the house. Great Video Kaleb, Thanks for the tour. Have a great day 😊
Thanks for watching and thanks for your comment! It’s hard to find these home prices anymore in FL. They do need some add ons from whoever buys them! Im glad you enjoyed the video. Have a great week!
Hi,I like all 3 homes. The 1st homes seems to be largest although it sq.ft. was smallest that's my fave. Enjoy all your videos very informative which I like also.keep it up🎉
The housing structure in Alabama looks 10x better than Florida. These builders need new architects because these rectangular boxed shaped houses are not attractive for their price.
No HOA but your homeowners insurance is 10k per year What a joke. Florida housing market is done with HOA fees,Homeowners insurance through the roof and state taxes getting higher each year. Only a foul would buy in Fl.
Ocala is more for people that like the country life but it’s growing fast and eventually it will have more options on things to do and places to visit.
Hi! We had a trip planned and did not get a chance to do a food review, but they have great places to eat. We will feature one next time. I bet you will like next weeks video!
Man... I miss the good old days when you could buy these size new homes for $100k-ish in 2010😅
I should have loaded up back then 🥲
Haha me too!!
I think every one does, but this is life now
Thank you, Kaleb! All 3 houses appear to be an excellent value! House 3, being next to a power tower, may be a big problem unless you can live with the humming, subsequent cancer in your organs, and UFO’s recharging over the lines 😬.
Wow, that’s like taken out of a movie! 🤣 Thanks for watching! Have a great week.

I personally don’t mind the UFOs it’s the humming that gets me every time 😂😂😂.

My 2 car garage in South Florida is probably worth over $300 grand, lol😂😂😂. 15 years ago, these houses were 100 something in Ocala and Inverness.
Thanks, I’m glad you liked them. Thanks for sharing and for always watching! Have a great week! 🙂
That 1st house is amazing for that price! You can't buy a house in Delaware where we live now for even close to this!
So true! Thank you for watching🙂

That is bad if pool is not possible..he should clarify that imo.

Look the windows liked remodeled house?
There is no way to the 3rd house with those power lines in the backyard!
My thoughts! Those are very dangerous
Thank you for watching and sharing your feedback!

300 in Ocala is easily 36 to 38% overvalued.
Thank you for watching and sharing your feedback!
Hi I'd like to know what would this house in that area rent for? I'm looking around for investment properties.
São lindas as casas da Flórida 👏👏. Pretendo comprar uma em breve
Hola Pedro. Gracias por apoyar nuestro canal. Te puedes comunicar con nosotros si necesitas ayuda. Buen dia! 🙂

Thanks so much! 😊
Hey Kaleb, thanks for the tours, nice homes!
Glad you like them!
That last house has electrical tension wires behind it…no, no,no.
He just didn’t address it….a obvious no for me!
Ocala 😂. May as well live in Alabama. You’d have to pay me to live there. That house should be selling for 120

@@calibama6234 they are both cow towns
Thank you Kaleb I like house number 3 . I will get in touch with
Sounds good, Peter, I look forward to hearing from you!
Have a great weekend! 🙂
Do this home have a water filter system ? And community pool?
Since it's a no HOA there's no community pool.
So nice even if on a smaller scale, quite a steal but so far inland Florida.
No HOA but your homeowners insurance is 10k per year What a joke. Florida housing market is done with HOA fees,Homeowners insurance through the roof and state taxes getting higher each year. Only a foul would buy in Fl.
What’s the ocala area like is it safe neighborhood?
Yes, Ocala has a lot of great areas to live.
Wow good for you that girl gorgeous congrats 🍾🎉
Yes, she is, thank you, Pete!
Ben tho the are descent size, the prices are good and they are all good houses kaleb
Thank you! I’m glad you find value in these homes. Have a good week! 🙂
I bet the home owners insurance is a deal killer.
For new construction, home insurance is very affordable.
Although it’s still being built as a realtor, walk thru w/ gloves to grab the trash for an excellent video. ijs 😎
#1 was my favorite, #2 was also nice, but # 3 is a hard no, with all those high voltage power lines. No thanks!!!
Thanks for sharing and for watching! Have a great week! 🙂
I love all 3
Thank you for watching!
I hear that Ocala is one of the most boring places in the world. Is that true? Why do people say that?
Ocala is more for people that like the country life but it’s growing fast and eventually it will have more options on things to do and places to visit.
1400 sq ft for that money. Ridiculous pricing! Oh well always a fool around to buy
Home values are still overpriced.
No good food in the Ocala area? 😊
Hi! We had a trip planned and did not get a chance to do a food review, but they have great places to eat. We will feature one next time. I bet you will like next weeks video!
Address for Home 1. Please
Hey Felix! Please email me and I will send you all the information. Shawhomegroup@gmail.com
Perfect
No hoa jackpot
Thank you for watching!
Ocala zzz
Nah… recipe for disaster wit no hoa, plus they are Cookie cutters.
Looks like a waste land....no vibe whatsoever.
