- Hey team we are now half way through our step challenge. The tempo is definitely increasing and it's getting more challenging. Don't give up now, you've got this.
As you might have noticed by now all of my walking workouts are that bit faster that what you might be used to, but I want to challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. It's the only way to grow and progress.
PLEASE NOTE- some smart devices won't register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example.
The timer is on for 50s and we have one 30s break right in the middle of this workout.

Looooove these step and sweat workouts! The 15 and 20 minute ones are awesome on my lunchbreak, and the 30 minute ones are perfect for after work. These alternating with yoga practices are the perfect antidote to the burnout I was feeling with weightlifting and HIIT.

Could not complete my day 5 yesterday. I didn't want to let myself down. So on day 6, I completed day 5 in the morning and Day 6 in the evening. Welcome aboard! Good question. I've always been very active but that got compromised when I had my children. I felt it's important to show others its possible to stay fit and healthy whilst being a busy mum so I decided to take my fitness passion to another level after baby nr 3 and share it with you guys here.

It was a great and diversified Workout 😊😎 I enjoyed it and sweat a Lot. ☺️💪🏻 But I never reach so many steps 😔 I die just 3000 steps and thats so frustrating. Do you reach woth your Fitness Watch the 5000 steps? I wish you a great Weekend and thanks for this Workout ☺️
I wouldn't be too discouraged. The amount of steps you will achieve will depend on your speed. But also note that some watches wont count some of these moves so your result might not be a true representation of your effort.
@@oliviafitlawson thank you very much. 😊 I try to do it as fast as possible and use my Arms also when you don't use them,so that more steps are counted. Thats why I am angry when there are less steps. I guess my watch is not counting each move as a step. 😔 But I need to understand that burning the calories is more important than the step number 😊 Your Workouts are great and I'll Go on and maybe I can do better and get more steps one day 💪🏻☺️

Amazing workout! I still need to invest in a fitbit/apple watch to track the calories I burn during your workouts, at the moment I am just using the Under Armour Map My Fitness App- do you know what type of workout I could put this in as? Step aerobics/dance/hiit?? Thank you💗
