Are they soft enough to use them like a tortilla?
Not super soft. It’s a bit crispy on the outside. Also kinda thick. But it kinda similar to a crispy tortilla gaha

Just got this at trader Joe , and I love everything scallions/pancakes … warning …you need to peeeeeel the paper when it’s Still frozzzzen…Don’t let it warm cause it sticks to the paper

MMMMMM these are pretty good. Nothing like the AMAZING song you bing you get at street vendors in Taiwan, but with a bit of flair they are pretty good to relive a yummy Taipei breakfast. I like to cook these nice and golden - and then put a scrambled egg in the pan and immediately place the pancake on top. Flip after a few seconds and put some cheese, cooked thin ham or bacon, and some fresh basil on.... maybe a hot sauce or savory... fold it in half and eat in heaven. 😎🇹🇼😎 Great video!
