I love this format for full body! I didn’t get to catch this live but on the replay I had at least 6 ads and 4 of them were in the middle of sets when they’re usually on the rest between. On a positive note I am excited for the pull up program!

Suggestion for next year: an 8 Nights of Hanukkah workout where everything is in sets of 8 or other variations on the theme of 8 - I'm sure you guys can come up with something fun & clever! 🙂
The last move in the last circuit reminded me of the childrens song "Father Abraham" - ha, ha! Great workout, my baby arms - I have been reaching for a 20lb!
