      Love the goal, just keep in mind that pull-ups are super tough and just getting 1 unassisted can take a long time. Going from 1 to 10 could take years. I have been working on pull ups for 4 years and can’t get past 6 unassisted. Keep the goals within reach and you’ll keep yourself going stronger knowing they are attainable 😊

    Loved this! I agree, I don't like no repeat workouts...multiple sets makes me feel like I am really making strength gains! Keep these workouts coming!

    I did more pull-ups than I ever thought I could. 40 total including the ones in the warm-up. This is going to be such an amazing January, thank you for pushing me!!

    Love!!! Love the heavy weights, the 3 rounds, the pull ups, and the ab burnout! Same goal of 10 unassisted pull ups here!! So far I’m getting 2-3 and then giving a little jump for the rest each round. Thanks for all your hard work. So excited for this new program!

    With the exception of the ranger burpees, I made it through all 3 sets with my 20's! And did all the push ups from my toes! 💪🏼 Looking forward to this challenge!

    Loved it! What an easy way to get 3 sets in! I find it easier to use heavier weights when sets are more spread out. (25s! 🙌🏽) Thanks for all the hard work you guys do! 🎉

    Not quite ready to tackle pull-ups, but I've decided to use it as an opportunity to build up my push-ups instead (from my toes instead of knees). Rachel's commitment to getting better at push-ups was really inspiring - so committing to this year being my year of push-ups!! Thanks for putting so much thought and energy into this new program - can't wait!

    You are your own competition Lindsey. I plan on doing a different NML workout and then this new one drops and I just have to do it. This with the 10 minute agility workout at the end from last week are just 🔥

    This was so much fun! I love that you are incorporating pull-ups 😊 I always train them solo so it will be interesting to see my progress when they are mixed into a workout and I am already fatigued 😅
    Are you really doing the burpee overhead swings with 30lb weights?!? I had 25 lb weights today and I couldn’t get them past a kettlebell swing height 😂 good job and thank you!

    Is it still beneficial to do pullups even if I can't make it to the top of them by the end of the round? I was pretty close, but by those last few reps, my chin was not getting over the bar. Thank you for this amazing preview! I loved it and I'm looking forward to Monday even more now!

    I love the pull-up goals, but I don't have an option for a pull-up bar in my house, so I'll need to train harder on the mods for the rare times I'm able to get to a gym. I have a lot of trouble making my back muscles really work or get tired on the mods, so I think I might need to tweak my form. Could you do a pull-up prep/upper back and shoulder burn out where you really break it down to help those of us who aren't sure their form is perfect? Thanks!

    Did this with you all and it was great. Question, I am pushing myself by using heavier weights. I notice that on my last reps my form is not great. Should I go lighter until my form is correct for all the reps with the heavier weight? I generally use 15 - 25 lb weights depending on the exercise. Legs much stronger than my arms!

      NICE WORK!! I would stick with heavier weights but on the last few reps slow down to focus on that form!

      If you feel your form
      Is slipping it is also helpful to just set the weights down for a quick 2-3 second breather and reset. Then pick the weights back up and carry on. Most times your body just needs a quick pause.
