Love the goal, just keep in mind that pull-ups are super tough and just getting 1 unassisted can take a long time. Going from 1 to 10 could take years. I have been working on pull ups for 4 years and can’t get past 6 unassisted. Keep the goals within reach and you’ll keep yourself going stronger knowing they are attainable 😊

Loved it! What an easy way to get 3 sets in! I find it easier to use heavier weights when sets are more spread out. (25s! 🙌🏽) Thanks for all the hard work you guys do! 🎉
Not quite ready to tackle pull-ups, but I've decided to use it as an opportunity to build up my push-ups instead (from my toes instead of knees). Rachel's commitment to getting better at push-ups was really inspiring - so committing to this year being my year of push-ups!! I love the pull-up goals, but I don't have an option for a pull-up bar in my house, so I'll need to train harder on the mods for the rare times I'm able to get to a gym. I have a lot of trouble making my back muscles really work or get tired on the mods, so I think I might need to tweak my form. Could you do a pull-up prep/upper back and shoulder burn out where you really break it down to help those of us who aren't sure their form is perfect? Thanks!
Did this with you all and it was great. Question, I am pushing myself by using heavier weights. I notice that on my last reps my form is not great. Should I go lighter until my form is correct for all the reps with the heavier weight? I generally use 15 - 25 lb weights depending on the exercise. Legs much stronger than my arms!
If you feel your form Is slipping it is also helpful to just set the weights down for a quick 2-3 second breather and reset. Then pick the weights back up and carry on. Most times your body just needs a quick pause.
