It's a quest with two parts so yes fairly certain you need to accept in felwood, turn in at end of RFD which requires one person to have the Draught, then you should be able to turn in back at felwood

Laziest thing so far in the whole sod, they couldn´t even copy a better system designed by better people this time but just slapped an extra boss in few dungeons end

its not unstable affliction for warlocks you get unstable affliction from emerald wardens rep

You can reset the same dungeon and run it up to 5 times an hour yep

It's a quest reward not an item for sale, so I do not think so.
You don't need top kill 3 bosses to get the spider to spawn. In ZF, witch doctor and Ghaz is all u need to kill

UA is not given by this quest for warlocks. UA is from friendly rep with the Emerald Wardens

that's what I chose to do yes. Mara and BRD both have similar options but ZF seemed like the easiest option to just do 3 times
