I was at that game. My grandfather is a huge ND fan, and my father is a huge FSU fan. Needless to say, my heart was torn apart during that one. I kept as quiet throughout the game as I could, because I wanted to keep my voice, but I still cheered the 'Noles on, as I am a big FSU fan like my father. That was the #1 record crowd at Doak Campbell Stadium too, so yeah, my feelings were pretty on edge. I didn't think the 'Noles would make it, but they pulled through that night. I was also at the FSU-Oklahoma game in 2011, and I unfortunately missed FSU-Miami 2013 from a bad cold. I've been to my fair share of games.

If I was a Seminole Indian I would be proud. It's too bad Indian nicknames got a bad rap. I would love to see something like this for our Olympic teams or other national teams.
The Florida State University has a very strong relationship with the Florida Seminole Tribe. They Seminole tribe allows it and doesn’t even accept monetary payments for it because they are glad to have such a strong representation. The University donates money to the tribe’s education program and gives full ride scholarships to those from the tribe who wish to attend the school.
This is just amazing. Imagine being in that crowd. Even better IMAGINE PLAYING IN FRONT OF THAT CROWD!

They actually have an agreement in place with local tribes stating that they’re ok with the name and likeness so they won’t have to change it
