i started watching your vids recently, i like them, but this is not Kadaif, this is some kind of knafeh (at least in middle east) if you want to see middle eastern kadaif, search for this قطايف if you need some translation for a recipe i will do it for you :)

Heghineh Cooking Show Я всю жизнь пекла кюнафа,сари-бурма,пахлаву и из слоеного теста,и из теста фило(раньше тесто сама готовила),но с возрастом тяжело.Просто масло наливала ложечкой на изделия до готовки,а ты на тесто кадаиф сразу.Потом у нас тесто продают не такое,как у Вас и в Ереване.Там я заказывала и была очень довольна.Я постараюсь найти Ваш канал на армянском.Желаю Вам удачи и счастья.

Love your show, but please please don't touch your hair while you're cooking,just tie it back, I could. Never never touch my hair while I cook, am surprise that your family didn't tell u, unless they don't know about hygen,which is completely deferent to being tidy or clean, sorry to say that but it's bad touching your hair and then the food
