Kate's new arm wishbone doesn't like her ordinal bolts, but I've sorted it with a new bush 👍👌

When the bolts tightened the centre metal bush will be pinched by the frame so you won't get any movement.... don't worry... be happy

Choices are either change the bush's for those that have a smaller diameter measurement in the metal sleeve, or get slightly wider bolts to counteract the play in the metal sleeve's and the original bolts (could also mean being the original bolts that some material was lost with the rust removal process that was done so making them thinner) and maybe a metal sleeve insert could be inserted to take up the slack, the easier option would be new bolts and those would likely be stronger.

I've sorted it. Knocked the bushes out, and fitted polyurethane ones, which have the right sized sleeve in them. All sorted 👍

Your new arms are probably metric, and bolts might be imperial? Measure them both. If in doubt, ask any of the reputable Capri or Escort builders/suppliers for advice.
I've seen the metric/imperial problem with Escorts anecdotaly, and with my (long gone) Capri 3 litre (a 1969-70 one, GTXLR!).

Would you be missing the "conical" washers from either side of the bush also for the anti roll bar ?

Nope, got them, blasted them, zinc them, and they are now fitted 👌

Bigger bolts required 😭 also have to be harder than ordinary ones or they will snap... ask me how I know 🙄

Valid point as sometimes manufacturers fit a higher spec bolt and nut type and it does not always get documented or advised.
