The Doo is such a phenomenal talent. I have been playing probably longer than he has been alive, can play shred guitar with the best of them... just not to HIS level. Plus, never seen anyone with an ear that can learn a song in seconds. I was a studio guitarist and would get a sheet with songs I would have to learn in a week and that's hard enough.
Wait, you were a session musician and never met anyone who can pick up songs just like that? What kind of musicians were you around? I used to play a lot around metal and rock musicians and it's like every band had 1 or 2 of those people who liked to take song from radio and fuck around with it. The trick is very simple, learn your basic chord progressions and listen to radio pop, it's one of the usual 5 EVERY time and only thing you really need to remember is the melody, there's not much fuckery going around in harmony so it's very self explanatory most of the time. Dooo is good with all sorts of phrasing tricks but everything else is not that complicated, it's good fun but by no means is it complicated to anyone who has any decent understanding of music.
Omegle is basically full of people with what appears to be social anxiety, they pop up on your screen, Yell something Or just look at you for 2 seconds and then skip you... Every now and again you'll get someone that actually wants to have a conversation xD At least that's what my experience with Omegle was when I tried it a couple times lol

Haven't watched all of your videos yet so I don't know if you know this or not but the dooo is a pretty good singer too. He covers "fly me to the moon", "the sound of silence", and "hallelujah" on his channel. Highly recommend checking them out and would love to see a reaction video 😁
Yes its real, on a lot of his vids he will make the backing loops on the spot, you can his leg twitch as he toggles them. It will be a digital pedal board (so he can swap pedal/amp combos) so he can just keep a pile of obvious requests backing tracks saved
