I saw your vid when you first posted it and it honestly just confirmed my suspicions. I remember feeling old seeing how much older the kids had gotten lmao
This is such a weird story. That channel had everything it needed to keep growing from an already comfortable position. Instead, they kept making something stupid every week until there was nothing of their brand left.
Fine Bros apology be like: "We're sorry for trying to take over small reacting channels. And we would've gotten away if it weren't for you meddling kids."
they completely trashed their audience relations and then told us we are wrong when they got called out lol it was insane with the ironic cherry on top being they called out others for stealing content which they stole. Man 2016 was a wild time
Really? Despite him purposely misgendering someone in a video a while back and thinking people shouldn’t use their platform to advocate for social justice? Expected better from you.
Considering how ALOT of the kids who were in the original React Shows talk mad shit about how awful their experiences were I think even if they avoided the copyright backlash the kids now grown up would have been their inevitable downfall
@@MrFredstt Many of them have their own channels and active SM accounts if you wanna look them up, but yea. A lot of them, especially from the mid 2010s era, talk a lot of shit about their experiences on the React channel. Most of the good memories they share are just making friends with other reactors.
Yes. It's one of the most beautiful things ever for a kid who was taken advantage of at an early age grow up and say "fk those guys, they were awful", and bring the downfall of two tyrants.
You can totally tell in their "apology" that they were only mad because their little scheme to copyright reaction videos didn't work. I find it ridiculous that they were trying to act like we didn't just hear them say what we all know they just said! "We emplore everyone not to support these companies and channels" Then backpedaling by saying "We only meant our specific series, not the overall genre of reaction videos" as if they didnt just threaten thousands of other reaction channels
Exactly, they made it just confusing enough that they could defend that they were not talking about their brand and format, while also threatening every channel that touched the react genre. It's almost like they knew what they were doing was wrong and illogical and prepared a safe excuse in case they needed to bail on this project
The Fine Bros were not remorseful about their plot to monopolize the react genera, they were angry about their fans using logical thinking skills to look at the bigger picture and ultimately foil their plan by doing so. They felt confident the audience was not smart enough to catch on, but thankfully they did.
To be honest the fine bros sounds awful. They literally tried to make their fans attack and abuse an entire person just because they used a concept they “owned”
Ellen is worse then these guys lmao, though they were attacking her for a petty reason there was a far better cause to rally behind which eventually happened.
But thats the thing they weren't even the first channel to have react videos on the internet and yet they copyright striked and got another react channel removed from youtube that was there before them.
@@mischiviousteefmonster3900 Unless we're talking Vladimir Putin levels of evil, that's a pretty weak excuse for what is still a criminal offense by the Finebros as well as real scumbag behaviour. (thought we crushed that nonsense in 1945. Guess we missed a few in the hangings)
Even after their fruckuppery, the two greedy pieces of sheet are still doing well, still churning out content. Glad they got a taste of the view from the ground!
Was'nt greed though since their channel recovered quickly after the BS "controversy". Its just that the react genre became saturated, their videos become increasingly corporatized, and long term success on youtube is basically impossible.
The Fine Bros were the kids all along. Honestly, many of the children of their early react video's have grown up to become more sensible adults than these brothers.
And honestly ironically the kids were the Fine Bros. Without the kids reaction, and persay they were the reactors- there would've been little success compared to what they got- just like any other react channel. Their greed and pride was soooo strong, it lead to their down fall... While RUclipsrs like PewDiePie despite their fame, acted modest and became beloved . They literally tried to own something that EVERYONE does everyday. They could have let everyone in on the react genre, but they tried to own it, even took on people who made content on it. People play video games yet no one is trying to own the genre of video games.
This is such an amazing self destruction. They managed to grow really big, they had a loyal fanbase and they made the kind of content that even the modern youtube algorithm would support but they decided to go full idiot.
Its because they got greedy & scarred once they saw other people beginning their own reaction channels but they actually react & don't just sit their with a blank face & just say at the end "Yep video was good" with a unenthusiastic tone.
Here you have guys that look like former GameStop employees. Add a dash of Asperger’s, a know it all demeanor with that silicon valley holier than thou type of narcissism, and you get these two. They say money doesn’t change you it just magnifies your negative or positive traits. It’s clear these guys were dicks from the get go. I bet they are friends with the Artisian Builds guys.
Lia's great looks were her curse. Some old dude at FBE groomed her and eventually had a sexual relationship with her, then got her hooked on drugs and all kinds of awful stuff. And the Fine Bros saw it happen. And never got rid of the guy or tried to protect her. Maybe they were waiting their turn.
Yeah, the old music producer who allegedly has groomed lots of young girls. There is a real disturbing accidental live stream of her sounding absolutely wrecked in a music studio and him trying to get her to sleep with him, it is sickening.

Do you have any, or are you assuming that, too? "Don't go on defending the fucking Fine Bros 6 months later." Been a lot more than 6 months, right? Anyway, don't tell me not to defend someone against what appear to be baseless charges. Show proof the Fine Bros. were doing anything more than looking the other way, and I'll condemn them strongly.
This was easily the biggest case of pretentious entitlement and greed I've ever seen from RUclipsrs. How full of yourself do you have to be to think you just get to decide one day, that you own an entire genre of content ever made by anyone? They really thought that they could make themselves arbiters of all reaction content ever, with even huge TV networks bowing to them. I can't even begin to imagine the mindset you have to be in to be this deluded.
I disagree with one small detail in your comment- I don't think they woke up one day to come up with this, they probably were this way all throughout their lives (behind the scenes), and finally surfaced with the announcements. They probably strategically planned (at least a few) videos prior to making the first React World videos. I mean, they tried to create a whole system after all.
I unsubscribed when they tried to copyright reaction videos and refused to see any of their content ever again (promise I have kept). Hearing that they lost everything feels so good, like such sweet karma.
The worst part about this story, was that had they kept their mouths shut and went through with React World, using it to slowly take out the competition, they generally could have monopolized reaction videos on RUclips and TikTok. They just had to go ahead and be obvious with their intent, and so began the downfall of an attempted tyrant.
Eh, even if they hadn’t said anything, it would’ve caught with them eventually. Big RUclips names would have definitely noticed something off and would’ve alerted their viewers about the situation sooner or later. You can’t just copyright something as broad as “reacting” and not have people pinpoint your shit and throw it back in your face. That’s probably WHY they went public with it initially, cause they thought keeping it a secret would’ve been worse. It was a lose-lose situation regardless.
The problem never was that entertainers can’t talk about social issues - ofcourse they can. It’s just hypocritical to talk about social issues the company clearly doesn’t give a shit about.
I think the problem comes from a source of ironic honesty. They recognize that damn near everyone else making a politically motivated statement on their channel was just shilling for support, and they assumed everyone knew that's what was going on. They just forgot to make it convincing lmao
yeah i feel the same way. If you talk about a cause it has to have some kind of backing (charity, personal experience, its a movement you care about ect). Companies that make empty statements about a cause are things i just tend to ignore, but it feels bad when that company or group is actively doing things that go against the thing they just promoted. Like, obviously there's a huge chance they did it for clout in the first place but having hard proof that they don't care sucks. That's when people start to point things out and get really upset.
It’s just not a good idea unless you’ve got an impeccable and squeaky clean background. Fair enough if you want to say “fuck racism” but don’t act like an activist lol it’s not your job it’s really weird when channels and people do that.
So the thing is any time a company or spokesmen for a company speak on social issues it's ALWAYS B.S. They don't give 2 shits, they just want the benefits of saying what they think people want to hear. Money is all they are concerned with, don't think for a second any company that is for-profit actually cares about anything else.
Ironically, it was their trying to copyright the react genre that spawned many of the now popular channels. Lot's of people went like: "Oh, you want to do what? Now I will on purpose make more react videos".
However it's important to remember that you're, like, mortal. I worked at a company who's CEO was sure he'll open next Amazon, but it flopped quite hard, dragging him down with it. Last I've heard, he was trying to make a niche shop - online shop of elite brands of small children clothes (like, pre-teens, but expensive AF) and then I checked last year what he's up to and apparently he's bankrupt and in a boatload of debt. Which is a weird shame. The shop wasn't that bad. It was, actually, pretty good. I'm not exactly sure why it was that plagued with issues, honestly. I feel like they should have franchised and seeked more aggressive investing options or something. But then again, that's not the point, the point is that same as these guys, that's some balls, but the bigger the balls, the easier it is to get punched in them by the universe, it seems.
Honestly I'm kind of shocked to learn they even made it to 2020. The whole "React World" thing was such a shit show I thought it ended their careers then and there.
For whatever reason, the uploader just focused on the 2016 and 2020 drama but avoided 4 years of content because it doesn't fit his "Failure narrative.
I think its impressive that the channel came off as soulless almost right away. Everything felts artificial and fake whenever I saw any of their videos. I was never really a fan of the content and when they showed how they really were I was not surprised in the least.
Honestly Their earlier videos were entertaining to my little kid brain, but right know it’s so obvious that it’s scripted and fake that it’s not even watchable
@@justsomeguywholovesberserk6375 the kids actually spoke about it. They are in their late teens now they said a lot of things are edited off to fit what they want to show or to present.
The moment they tried to copyright an entire genre on RUclips that are reactions should've been a giant clue that TFB were about to head towards a massive downward spiral.
Whey they pulled this crap I lost all respect for them and there not the only one to do this there was a MInecraft Player that tried to copy right 100 days and I also lost respect for him when he tried that.
It's easy to see in retrospect, but at the time we were in unchartered waters. Didn't know how it was gonna play out cause nobody ever tried copyrighting a RUclips genre.
Your heart goes out to her for what?, she was paid to just react to something and they didn't exploit her, they just told her what to say like the rest of them, she became a crack head on her own, stop the bs talk
It’s crazy how primitive this era of RUclips feels in retrospect and it has only been about 6-7 years, back when I just graduated from college. The RUclips drama era from 2015-2018 was something else. It was intense. It really shaped how entertainment is currently consumed on RUclips and other social media platforms.
The primitiveness points reminds me of YTPs, other things too but YTP is the first thing to come to mind, back then we were easily amused by very basic effects and complete non sequiturs, likewise talking fruits, reactions and pranks feel as dated as 70s dressing code.
@Lorenzetti very sad I felt that ): it started dying right? Not entirely but old youtube where people uploaded for entertainment n u had to be creative asf or very funny. Now everyone copies each other most of the time and since it's spread out so far it's not caught cuz different people watch different stuff. Also the whole stolen comment deal I'm done with it wow it's crazy how many people don't understand yeah we all can think alike and that dude commented that same comment 10 min after me but didn't see my comment he just has a similar though process. I feel you the exact way too, 100%. I used to watch them after school everyday. So many YT channels should have minded their own, and stayed away from Virtue-Signaling in Social and Political matters.
Both of them are too greedy and too arrogance. Also, one of the brothers, Benny used to have a Blackface video and they even made another RUclips Channel before React called HeyIt'sMilly which is about a puppet named Milly who talked about sex, rape and drugs and Shane Dawson was involved on that

Funny thing is there is still a pretty big “react” genre on RUclips but people being themselves and responding to full length films and TV shows, not one-off viral novelties that aren’t as uniting anymore. That’s a lot more fun and personable than anything the FineBros ever did. EDIT: one small note-Lia Marie Johnson notably shared her story a couple of months ago, she explained that when she first moved to LA, that for years she was drinking, doing drugs and partying almost every night. She moved to LA at 17. She’s been in jail cells, on the streets, in psych wards and in rehabs. She’s now 26, sober and living happily in a quaint little town in England with her boyfriend. I couldn’t help but think where the hell the adults in her life such as the Fine Bros were when all of this was happening. They really had such little interest in the lives of the young people in their videos? And that’s with Lia being almost the face of their channel. I hope Lia stays sober, happy and well. And like that dude said, fuck the Fine Bros.
Imagine having the level of entitlement, hypocrisy, greediness, and delusion like the Fine bros. They used other people's content while copyright striking other channels because they somehow believed they own the reaction genre. Mfs out here really thinking they own a certain type of content on the internet. Also had no idea of the BLM drama til today. Dang, they're really digging their own graves. No matter how you look at it, their failure was well deserved. They earned every right to be hated on. I wish nothing but the worst for the Fine bros.

It’s pretty eye opening how a channel that you used to watch when you were younger gets exposed and have their true colors revealed like this. Such a shame they got too in over their heads and acted despicably, only to destroy the empire they built up.
I was originally done with them in 2016, but I bet I would have gone through a Nostalgia rewatch of the old videos in a year or two. now that I know about what happened in 2020, I won't even rewatch then either. I'll just never come back
I've watched quite a few SunnyV2 videos by now, this one here is actually the first one from a channel I knew before. I kind of stopped watching them somewhere in mid- to late 2020, even without knowing of the controversies. I also watched some of the reactors on their private networks (Tom, Eric, Tori) and also kind of stopped watching them around the same time. They seem to have moved on from youtube, I just checked and Tom hasn't posted anything except for some short for quite some time and Tori and Eric seemingly broke up and stopped uploading around 7 months or so ago. I tried watching one of their last videos and I'm actually not all that interested anymore.
This whole story is so hilarious, they couldn't simply make content and live a comfortable life, they decided to start a crusade against everything and everyone, they deserve every single thing that happened to their brand and names.
I was expecting this to also cover the somewhat hidden controversy of the "Milly" puppet character that the Fine Bros and Shane Dawson collabed on. It's dark humor (sexualizing a fake "underage" puppet) didn't speak well to men who used children and teens in their React videos.
It wasn’t even sexualizing, it was straight up brutalizing the character lmao 🤣 I remember being a kid and watching hey it’s millie and remembering the SA jokes 😭
You know what stings the most for them? If they hadn't been so brainless to try and pull this crap, their channel would have absolutely thrived on the format of Tiktok.
It's sad that when you look back at their early clips of Kids react and they transferred into Teens react and you think like "oh cool, they kept some of their 'reactors'. " and then later find out they ended up kinda miserable because of their experience with FBE/REACT. But I mostly felt bad for Lia but from some research, she looks happy, has boyfriend (or fiance ) today.
This duo is the perfect example of everything wrong with RUclips. Let’s not forget, by the way, that RUclips went right along with their bullshit and supported every improper action they took.
Not only did RUclips go along with this, they actively supported, helped and promoted the Fine Bros, just as they do with all large RUclips channels. There's probably all kinds of shadiness going on, right now, and stories of shadiness before. With RUclips executives directly involved. I certainly would not be surprised.
the kids and teens in the React channel have come forward, saying things like… they were forced to have certain reactions/say specific comments They weren’t actually reacting, they were being told what to say and do. The people behind that channel had it coming.
Never realised it went this deep. I thought the controversy extended to the whole "copyrighting reactions" bollocks and that was it. Genuinley feel bad for the kids and teens that were part of those videos. The elders too.
I unsubscribed from FBE back when a lot of their ractors left because of their bullshit. So watching this and learning that they sold the channel was a suprise. And to be fair to Lia, she was being abused by a 67 year old producer.
I hope she's okey wherever she is. Not only is she a fair-looking one, but a wonderfully friendly one, one to whom I wish nothing but the best. I loved Morgan and Nick in Kids React. Their Reaction to Nyan Cat will forever be engraved in my memory.
Good. I was a fan of their show until they starting this whole controversy. Whenever I see their React logo or the words "the fine bros", I immediately feel disgusted and just ignore or remove from my recommended list (on all platforms). Thank goodness everyone REACTED to this whole thing. Cannot imagine a world where these "bros" control all reacts and even worse, making free money from other content creators.

One relatively small factor that I think also contributed to this was that when COVID hit, they had the people react from home on their computers for a while (which was kinda weird but I guess they didn’t have too many options) And once they came back, everything felt different and a bit strange. Lighting was off, they would throw in random, dumb unnecessary edits to grab your attention, and since then the style has only changed more. To a lot of fans like me who watched them before, it almost doesn’t feel the same show anymore.
Also, most of the original "reactors" are quitting and the new "reactors" look like they're being forced to be there. The brothers are not there anymore. Even they change one of the channel to be "Try Not To Eat". What the fuck?
The ironic thing is that the "content" that they make takes no effort and its basically just relies on using others content to make their videos, by default giving them no ground to stand on when they wanted to trademark reaction videos

In hindsight, they have always had such a massive egotistical aura around them. From the "react world" thing, to their apology, to even how they looked at the camera (the viewer) with a 'chin up, eyes down' stature.
I remember seeing the controversy back then and I always thought they could never manage to trademark the concept of a reaction video, it’s so general of an idea, it would be like trying to trademark tires, or trademarking newsreaders. These morons just really thought they owned a genre despite knowing they didn’t, and they seem ridiculously entitled. Good thing they failed miserably.
I think you'd be surprised what is a d has been trademarked. Like for example Bluetooth and all kinds of things you wouldn't think are. @@RedDragon91 Bluetooth is a specific technology that somebody invented. It shouldn't be surprising to you that it is patented, copyrighted and trademarked. That it became popular has absolutely no bearing on that.
I never really liked their reactions. They seemed staged, supervised and scripted. Like all the kids learned their scripts by heart to appear "smart". And it was way overwhelming cliché and dramatized with all the stereotypical teens. It didn't seem real for one bit.
I remember in 2016 when the whole copyright thing happened. There were live trackers where you could watch their subscriber count plummet in real life. Shit was wild.
Couldn't imagine if they did manage to successfully trademark the word React. Imagine getting a lawsuit and taken to court because you got an allergic *Reaction*
They weren't trademarking the word react in all uses. They were trademarking it specifically within the context of youtube videos and related contexts (so visual media, online etc), which is how trademarking works. You generally pick specific contexts where that word/phrase is used. My favourite example being the nail brand Holo Taco by Simply Nailogical, since she explained how it worked. She has copyright over the phrase Holo Taco for cosmetics and apparel, and got in a legal kerfuffle with Taco Bell (I think) bc they had a limited release Holo Taco (details are fuzzy but I think the Taco shell had flecks of edible glitter). No actual copyright infringement happened because Taco Bell had the trademark in food/consumables but there was enough confusion caused that thier lawyers had to have a little chat. Both companies made a statement that the two weren't related & the edible Holo Taco finished it's limited run. What the Fine Bros were trying to do would've been futile anyways because once a copyrighted term becomes part of the public vernacular you can no longer claim it as copyright eg. Zipper, cola, vasaline, sticky note, scrunchie Edit: spelling, readability
Exactly. He wanted to use that as an excuse to interject HIS own political views. This guy and the critical drinker are two Australian guys interjecting their views on American social issues from a very dated point of view. A particular point of view to be exact. I find that very fascinating and sooner or later this trend will be picked up, analyzed by others, tied to a brand of politics that many people dislike in the US and eventually would lead to a downfall. This guy is treading on thin ice. 😂
Damn I never knew it went this deep, I’d even heard that their trademarking scheme was just misunderstood and they were just intending to copyright usage of the their new REACT channel name, so people couldn’t have a similar name, but this seems a lot worse so far. I’m glad they got what they deserved and their channel collapsed.
@Nordin Jewish or not it doesn’t matter if they were making scummy business choices and being self entitled assholes. Their background doesn’t bother me.
The vibe I got from them desperately trying to own a genre (even tough they claimed it wasn’t the case …but it clearly was) is that they were afraid of competition and the possibility of other channels with a potential, taking their place . When you’re very successful, a lot of people WILL try to copy you and replicate your success…or just try to do better than you. That’s inevitable. The fact that they’re SO MANY reaction channels now is the proof of that . All they needed to do was to find a way to remain unique and stand out just like any other businesses . Something that’s not easy to do ,I imagine , but that’s just the reality .I am not a specialist, but I just think that’s common sense . This is why I find the clips of them explaining their new “copyright policies “ and “apologizing” after that , cringe and painful to watch .
@@sylvanling3487 I disagree. Competition breeds copycats and theft. It becomes a spiral of “let’s make the same thing over and over but with one single tweak” ad nauseum. I mean, look at how even with all the copycat products we have, we're still getting improvements to those products we use everyday. Don't put it past them. Disney literally tried to copyright Loki, as in the original Norse God worshipped by Vikings during the Bronze Age, because they made Loki, the Marvel character as played by Tom Hiddlston, popular. You literally cannot joke about media corporations doing outlandish things. They will take it as a challange.
Fine Bros were definitely one of the best at the genre, but it should've just stayed that way, a channel that just did multiple types of react videos and left all of the other channels alone. They gave in to greed and proceeded to (try to) curbstomp everyone else doing react content of any sorts which resulted in everyone hating them. Money makes you do crazy stuff.
I remember shaking my head at the Fine Bros wanting to take over “reacting” at all. The absolute irony of them trying to copyright something they don’t even have rights to. I did have a good laugh at their “apology” though. They sounded like my whiny, spoiled cousin when he wanted something and no one would buy it for him and got upset trying to “convince” us.
Had they been smart and not announced to the whole world about their plan. It might have worked in their favor. It’s happened before with other companies. But luckily they weren’t the brightest tools and thus the rest is history.
I remember watching the Kids/Teens react videos. They were fun for a while but you really start to notice the cringe. I get that these are kids or young teens, but they acted like they had never seen a computer or an old game console. The videos are always framed in a way that make it look like the kids had no idea what this ancient machine was or how it would work.. Then the whole "react trademark" thing happened. They most definitely were trying to trademark reaction videos as an entire genre, then quickly back peddled to say "no no, just our very specific format". Its just one of those situations where you sit back and think "why did they ever think that would work?," Like there wouldn't be a tsunami of backlash.
The Fine Bros were introduced to me through Smosh, and introduced me to many RUclips channels through their React series back in 2011/2012. I didn’t watch their videos for a few years, and eventually unsubscribed after the Copyright Controversy in 2016. I still had no clue about the treatment of staff members and kids until now, but I’m not surprised after 2016.
The Fine Bros are just one of the earliest examples of youtube scumbaggery. They are all around terrible people. The fact that they tried to claim a whole genre, speaks more then a enough of their greed.
That's and they never had Real reactions most of the time, they made the reactors go by what they wanted and cut out real reactions. Even if they weren't gonna put the reactions in the video they still made the kids and teens stay there the whole time seeing if they could milk an "acceptable" reaction to show the world, total greedy controll freaks.
Im suprised you didnt mention that a lot of people they use were actors. There are multiple people in the elders react that ive seen before on multiple food network reality shows before the fine bros used them for reactions
2:00 man thanks for pointing out the Seniors React thing, I remember a google document way back when about how quietly it was removed but don't know where it is now. They had the nerve to literally say "go to this link, and spam the comments with our social media, that'll teach them" One thing is when some annoying fans does it and it goes out of hand to the content creator (a bit like JellyBean)... and other is them downright endorsing a commanding to do so. Right?! It feels so weird having been a fan and then finding all of this out. I even used to watch Fine time. Hope the other kids and teen are doing well these days.
Tragic to see all this happen, i watched teens react alot some years ago. The 1st teen they interviewed at least is moderately successful as a rapper named Shotgun Willy

Sunny's quote of "Why can't you just be a good entertainer and leave it at that?" is so spot on. Too many times do we see creators achieve copious amounts of success but then fail at being decent human beings. Instead of being a beacon of positivity in the community, The Fine Bros showed what happens when you let delusional and egotistical greed take the reigns when you become successful. They could have just continued to be a channel that helped people laugh and smile but chose to take a path that was always going to fail, no matter what. One way or another, their toxic workplace environment and practices were going to catch up with them eventually so they truly doomed themselves pretty early on. Just another example of creators feeling entitled enough to heavily overreach and ultimately make a mockery of spaces they have no business being in.
What do you expect from sickos that collaborated with Shane Dawson. Sunny didn’t mention the scandal involved with Shane Dawson and his perverted video about young kids.
Honestly, it’s not surprising to me at all that the Fine Bros did this to themselves. Even when I was a kid, watching everything they produced felt so weird and… corporate? Everything they produced seemed so sterile and clean, nothing about it felt natural. Its not surprising to me that they had heavy censorship rules and essentially corporationed themselves out of business.
Dang, I remember when The Fine Bros were trying to go after smaller youtubers too for doing react videos. What I am glad to see is that some of those small youtubers or the ones starting out doing their own react videos have done really well on their own currently.
It failed simply because it was repetitive, boring content. The downfall was escalated when the old videos with Shane Dawson came out but most people had already forgotten about them. They thought they were business geniuses for coming up with react content. What they failed to realise is that everyone was there to see their favourite reactor. No one cared about the fine brothers. They continued to push politics, control what the reactors said and make a toxic work environment. That's why a huge amount of the original cast left, and with them went the majority of the audience
10:30 is exactly what they were trying to prevent when they announced REACT WORLD. They were scared of the competition and wanted to monopolize the genre and remain in control of "reaction" videos. Could you imagine if they succeeded?
Which is also hilarious considering they are definitely not the best reaction channel out there. At least others have actual, real, authentic opinions...
It's actually funny, the first guy who was interviewed in the 1 Minute Talk Show is actually an Internet Rap star known as "Shotgun Willy". He makes his own music and is extremely popular on every platform. 600K on RUclips and 1.7M monthly listeners on Spotify. The Fine Bro's didn't make him famous, he made himself famous.

I disagree with one small detail in your comment- I don't think they woke up one day to come up with this, they probably were this way all throughout their lives (behind the scenes), and finally surfaced with the announcements.

🔥 Damn XD
It’s pretty eye opening how a channel that you used to watch when you were younger gets exposed and have their true colors revealed like this. Such a shame they got too in over their heads and acted despicably, only to destroy the empire they built up.
Bro I have seen u everywhere

Don't forget the time Benny did a Black Face
You know what stings the most for them? If they hadn't been so brainless to try and pull this crap, their channel would have absolutely thrived on the format of Tiktok.
FBE genuinely could've gotten away with having a monopoly on reaction videos had they not made that goal so obvious.

Imagine getting a lawsuit and taken to court because you got an allergic *Reaction*
@Nordin You've been going under many comments posting the same response. Why is the fact that they're jewish relevant to the discussion?
Heh, nice one @Gavalant.
Zipper, cola, vasaline, sticky note, scrunchie

Competition breeds innovation, fine bros did not want to come up with new stuff, they just wanted to sit back and enjoy the money from easy content.
@@sylvanling3487 I disagree. Competition breeds copycats and theft. It becomes a spiral of “let’s make the same thing over and over but with one single tweak” ad nauseum. You see this with cars, restaurants chains, video games, cleaning products, clothing brands, art supplies, and especially things like water and sports drink brands: literally anything where you have “variety”. Oftentimes the “variety” is a smokescreen.
Ik you were probably typing this fast, or maybe English isn't your first language, but please take some time to get into the practice of using correct grammar. It really does go a long way to understanding what this is trying to say and being able to digest the information.
@@talynhastime9343 Competition does breed copycats, but it ALSO breeds innovation. That's literally how evolution works. And also how technological progress happens. From some copying also comes slight changes that might be more or less successful. Of course there are negative consequences of competition as well, especially when the competitors are trying to be as unfair and lazy as possible, but you absolutely need competition to have progress. It's with competition we even know what works and what doesn't in the first place. It ain't perfect, but it's what we've got to work with.
I mean, look at how even with all the copycat products we have, we're still getting improvements to those products we use everyday. Sometimes, I don't care about getting a cheaper knockoff of something, so I get to save money. Sometimes, I want the fancier sponge to clean stuff with, so I get the scrubdaddy.

This would be like Pixar trying to trademark 3d animation because of the success movies like Toy Story and A bugs life.
@Bvbs lol I remember that too!
I bet you the "Game Boy Girl" line was scripted honestly.
The Fine Bros were introduced to me through Smosh, and introduced me to many RUclips channels through their React series back in 2011/2012.
