Just started my pheasant grind yesterday, rotating at 12 zones..I’m at 100 kills, spawned a diamond and an albino so far. Many thanks for the good advice as always 👌🏽

@ must be cz I wanted one so bad since it’s one of my favorite albinos 😄
@ man! I just want 1 of the rares at this point and don’t care what one I get! I find they have the most beautiful rares. The blue melanistic! The albino with the red cheeks or the Leucistic that’s all white but still has the green head! All are sooo cool!
@@JBizHunts yuuup, mela is amazing as well, I hope I can spawn one today. On the other hand, fox grind is not going so well with inconsistent respawns…only thing I got was a troll 😑 guaranteed one 10-13
@ haven’t tried the fox yet! Once I get my pheasant G1 I’ll be setting up the fox and making a guide and testing some theories I have from all the videos I’ve watched!

Thankyou for your video 😊. I'm doing the pheasant grind right now unfortunately not really a quick one for me im now way over 1000 kills no G1 nor rare. What I did notice is in the beginning I didn't get any Diamonds but after a few rounds shooting solos lvl2 and leaving solos lvl1 I do notice way more Diamonds poping up in my grind so I do believe HM works. But hopefully something cool soon. 😊

I got my first one within 200 kills going around 8 flock zones or something just setting up tents right on it and most of the time they spook a specific way so you can move your thing to get the best shot not all the time but most I like the shot gun method as it is much more fun if you set a waterfowl blind I’ve never had trouble with hunting pressure with that even kill 2 males every time
Yes! I’m just not the biggest fan of small game so I like the sniper method! I got like 10 tents set up with the sniper method. Of course shotgunning dimes and rares! Still no g1 for me 700+ harvests
@ yeah I’m a duck hunter so small game is my thing so I enjoy the like them flushing and stuff it’s also easy cause if you have a trophy they auto flush
@ that’s very true! Once I get all my 4 legged dimes, I’ll be going after my missing ducks! 🦆 have to get used to it!

I am trying this on hirsch i cannot find any more group zones i have like 6-7 of them and i am not getting respawns consistently i am thunking if getting the new map if it will be easier for the pheasants
@LiamShootsStuff it will be easier! But! Why don’t you check out ProXCK’s Hirschfelden hotspot guide and see if you can find more pheasants. Basically middle of the map from south to North they will feed in open fields. I’m sure there’s a tonne of flocks on Hirschfelden! Plus! The clout you would have from spawn a g1 pheasant on Hirschfelden is a Brag!

Have you gotten one yet? I haven't seen the vid yet lmaooo. I currently have a grind set up and I'm shooting pheasants, so i figured why not watch this while I hunt.
I've have not yet, but I'm at 200+ harvests, 2 diamonds, it's GOING great for respawns and I'm enjoying it! BUT haven't got to sit down and really grind like past grinds, with the christmas season and all!
@JBizHunts so far I've killed about 300 pheasants, I shot 3 diamonds and 1 Leucistic so far. Plus one initial spawn diamond I didnt count toward the grind. No GO luck yet. I wish you luck though bro
@JBizHunts my issue at the start was females taking over. I realized I can just shoot females and I'd get my male respawns.
@ thanks buddy!! I only got a female rare initial spawn! But I’m having a lot of fun on this grind! More than I thought I would! My goal is to get 2 great one pheasants for the multi-mount!

can I shoot diamond level pheasants while grinding. What does herd management mean?
@@Saimaks04 herd management is an advanced game style that you manage your animal population to spawn bigger animals. You dont need to use herd management to spawn a great one, however there have been studies that show they may help make the great one spawn quicker
Alot of my flocks have gone to lvl one birds but then i have a lot of of solo 2 in my map should i try and shoot them down to lvl 1

when i fast travel to a tent (with no waterfowl blind), all the birds fly away. if i use the blinds, will that prevent them from flying immediately after i fast travel?
@@jacobi_hanes no, the last update made it so they fly away quick! That’s why I put my waterfowl blind right infront of my tent door so I walk right in and blast. I do prefer the sniper method though, nailing them on the ground 150m away unless they are a trophy!

Do you need to find all the zones?
@@Tristann-wl1nx actually no! Unless you are herd managing. I just found 10-15 zones and started rotating on them and picked the ones I like that are consistent and easier to shoot. You want atleast 10 for your rotation so you are hammering 10 birds to get proper respawns
I cant hit a pheasant out the air to save my life any tips?

@@SweatBoyo you def can! I have a few 1 rooster with many hens zones! If you like the zone use it!

@ yes! Same place, just don’t be surprised if as your grinding you see two roosters lol! It’s happened to me a couple times.

If a level 1 spawns in the feed zone do I leave it?
It depends? Are you herd managing or not? I’ve been shooting mine because I’m not! But if you are leave it!

@ basically you shoot a male pheasant a male pheasant will respawn. If you shoot a female pheasant a female will respawn. There are solo (1 bird zone) and flocks (multiple birds)… if you shoot a solo it will respawn somewhere random on the map. If you shoot any bird out of a flock, it should respawn back in the flock. If you shoot two birds, they can swap zones or respawn back in their original zones. Just think to it as a big game of musical chairs but some chairs are at tables (herd zones).
ah good, for a moment i thought i had to kill all of em in midair to get a g1 to spawn, i can just kill em on the ground that saves me a lotta time
@@slayerdude18 You got it dude! Keep blasted them grounded buddies! Just keep an eye out if they are max level or rare… or worse! A great one!

@ grounded is my guess! You can botch all other great one species and get just a gold, can’t see why pheasant would be different. Why don’t you test it? And let me know how it goes haha just kidding

@@seanhershberger8388 That’s what I’m thinking! They made GO’s easier from the survey (one of my last videos touches on this) and then made the weight lighter for better respawn chances. That’s what I’m thinking. 🧐
