My brand new ttr230 stalls when I pull in the clutch to go around a corner and then when I try to start it I kick it in 1st amd give it any gas what so ever, it dies. But if I wait 5 minutes it acts like normal
It sounds like the pilot jet/fuel screw needs tuning, but if it stops doing that after cooling down - that sounds like an electrical problem. Either something is burning out or there's a bad wire/connection.
Depends on the carb/throttle body. It's usually a screw that you can turn with fingers or a screwdriver on the left side of the carb body. Turn it in (CW) to increase the idle speed. It doesn't take much to adjust the RPM.
What's 1 way you've learned how to stop stalling when slowing down?
Is it bad to hold clutch in whilst going slow or turning around to stop it stalling ?
Thanks

How do I turn up idle speed
