Nice..
260lbs i thnk its 230 lbs?
I know this is an old vid but what bike is that?
Good videos, but please don't let a bad mic limit your reach to viewers
Hey man love the vids!! I got a question. I’ve had a crf 125f big wheel for about a year now I’m 16 and 5-9 5-8 just wanted to know if you think I should get a bigger bike
Watched your video then burnt my clutch up. Thx a lot man 👨
When I turn my dirt bike on on gear holding the clutch my bike starts rolling
Biggest tip I ever got was look past the turn. Beginners always look too far down. When I learned that way back I became way faster. You attack corners rather than chewing threw them.
Yea for sure!!!😎👍👌
i think i may need to adjust my idle. my headers are glowing red
its a 2018 ktm 350 sxf
I asked someone once about putting the foot out because I heard about putting weight over the front tire, and the response I got was that it was more for avoiding ruts that are deep enough to grab the peg and that the weight it would add is negligible and you're better off keeping feet on the pegs if not avoiding ruts. What are your thoughts on that?
Man this video was directed towards me 😂 I struggle bad with toe dabbing. I do it in the deep woods for 180s but also find myself doing it going 35.
Haha, just trying to help you stay safe out there! Thanks for watching, Braden :)
@ Your videos have helped point out tons of things that I subconsciously do and need to stop. This was my first season on a bike, I rode quads before then. I am used to how easy a quad is and didn’t realize the learning curve of a bike. Can’t wait to hit the woods in the spring and work on bettering my riding
Hey there Thank you for the vid it was quite helpful
You're welcome, Miranda - thanks for watching :)
i have suzuki djebel 125 bike. i replaced the original cv type diaphram carb by slider type 125 cc carb does it affect my engine bro
When I release the throttle My bike engine rpm very slowly down, no issues with cable, carburetor is slider type. This is happening when heated the bike. Why is it
Helpful bro
How do i shift on the bike im new to dirt bikes and im considering getting one
I had this accident. Was too aggressive on the break. Threw me.
You don’t need to but it’s best to do it anyways because you want the clutch to disengage while you’re starting it because if clutch is not pulled in puts pressure on engine if you’re in gear then that’s way worse you won’t be able to do it at all
So my 50cc 2 stroke yamaha aerox when i change to 70cc kit and new aftermarket exhusost i put biger main jet and pilot jet on 17.5 carburetor. So its start fine its ride fine but on cold start its start and after 2 minuts of idling its die. So i adjust the fuelmixturr screw to get more air but when its ref the idle is hang on a litl bit and after secoonds its settle and again want to die. So i assume my pilot jet now is to big right? What you think?? So i let you know the floath boath is adjustet right i watch your video and do it and the transsmision is all good. And i see the spark plug when just has idling its was black and has oil on it but when i ride it on like 5-10 minuts its has good has that brown color. So what you think??
Bro you are very good beat boxer too... 😅
I keep going back to this video when Im jetting my bike 😆
I’m 5’9 and about 189 pounds I’ve always wanted a dirt bike since a kid I’m just now getting into it and definitely a beginner. Never rode one but eventually want to get one that I can ride on the streets as well as off road
If I had to ride a 4 stroke it would be a 350exc.
So I have a 2018 klx110 and when I give it full throttle and say I let go and go give it full throttle right away again bike will bog out.. any help?
My 50cc two stroke is happy when I give it full gas and has good throttle response but when I give it like a quarter or half of the throttle it really ''stutters'' so it like rititittititi bogghh, but when I open the throttle more it's running nice. When I close the throttle at high rpm's or after accelerating it takes a while to go to idle rpm's so its not getting fuel or oil so I think i'm destroying my engine. It is a steel cilinder that has ran for about 150 to 200 km's so It's quite new. Had a lot of trouble getting it to idle right without changing jets, had to turn down air screw like 2 full turns for it to not revv like crazy on cold startup. But now having a hard time getting it to idle just a little higher. Anybody any idea's if it's running lean or rich? And what to do about it?
When im slowing down on my gsxr 600, it will pull around 3-4k rpms slightly like its getting throttle but its not strong so i can brake and then it releases and starts engine braking again, then when i pull the clutch in at any time while riding, it will rev up to 6-8k rpms unless i let the clutch pull the bike then it sits back down, just wanna know why it revs up when i pull in the clutch. It will sit and idle when it cranks but it does this when im riding and stopping
When I’m riding my bike and I go to give it more gas it seems like my rear tire is spinning, but it doesn’t stop and it feels like my rear tire is in sand just spinning the whole time
Quality video. I think its more for a person who is fairly familiar with the systems yoi described. Which is good for folks that just need a little verification on things
What about a hidráulica clutch?
That first drill is super insightful! I wouldn't ever think of that. I always see people on youtube do very slow speed balancing techniques and even stopping at some points(basically the second drill) and I don't know how they keep their engine up because I either stall or get so caught up with controlling the throttle under the clutch that I forget completely about balancing. I'll watch more of your videos for sure.
Glad you found it helpful :)
Poppin the clutch is exactly how u pop a wheelie nice
Why is mine the other way around
i have a rich mixture on my motorcycle and the spark plug is always black and carbonized.
I’m newer to riding I’m not sure if you cover this but I was riding 3rd prolly and I was zoned out and there was a sharp turns cause I slammed on the brakes and lost control it slung me but luckily my baby(the bike) is fine
What if my snowmobile with new carbs needs choke to stay running at idle but will rev good? I did change the crank seals
All good recommendations. Buy no Dr.Z? Interesting. I'd say it has the best dirt/street/reliability balance of them all. Especially the SM version. Cheers!
Thank you Very concise You knew what to say
Hello I live in a cold state I just bought a kayo 2024 125 TD and I love the bike it’s super fun but it’s cold and when I start my bike (electric) it tries to start but it don’t fully start up til the like 3rd time. It’s brand new I got it in November is this normal in the winter orrrr bc it’s literally brand new fresh off the show floor..
I’m thankful I found your channel Thank you for all of your input. I am ready to start ridding. My six year is also ready!!
230
3:21
My 150scooter was sputtering and no body i asked knew. Like always i figured it out.
I had a few 250 2 stroke race bikes. They suck on the trail. I had a Honda 450x that was sweet but then I sold it and ended up in the drz. I likes the drz so much but I want something lighter. I was considering a trail bike that is lightweight maybe wr250f. I want some power but I don’t need a 450. I’m not sure what to get.
I don't think anything will help me with my throttle lmao. I have a 2018 husqvarna fc350 with a full fmf system on that makes it harder. Is probably the most sensitive throttle I have ever touched. I can't keep my throttle at low rpms in the same place or anything. It's like throttleeeeeeee off throttleeeeeee off and it reapets that's how sensitive it is. Now I don't ride woods or anything. But I'd like to change the throttle to a smoother one.
spot on 🤣
Well this just told me I've been wrong this whole time my bikes running lean not rich maybe that's why I can't get it tuned out right 😅 I'll adjust tomorrow morning and see if it helps lmao thanks a ton sir
My plug is black like it’s rich but when u open wide open it bogs then comes alive would this be rich or lean bc it sounds like the power surge ur on abt
Great video! I loved the sound affects
2:30 i believe the words you wrre looking for is the biting point where the clutch reaches inside that small spot/space where the vehicle or bike starts to move indicating its ready to go and start the drive, its called the biting point of the clutch
My bike is feelings like its not even hitting the rev limiter the rpm fluctuate just slightly befor the limiter and causes crackling and poping when i over rev it, its not touching the rev limiter . Can you please help with the reason i am unable to understand...its just 2 months old bike.... this problem came when i got half lower engine case changed (connected to engine oil filter ) the engine sound is also more bassy and burping like sound... the rpm is stable at idle and not having any problem in reving but problem comes at higher rpm only
