What a great idea for a hot pocket! I use the same ingredients but I’ve made it in a deep dish pie pan with two pizza crust rolls and include a can of cream of chicken with the cream of mushroom and it makes one large chicken pot pie! 😊
So many options! We called them hand pies and we filled them with anything. I also made something called beir rocks that was ground beef,cabbage and onion browned and then cheddar on top. You could put your favorite meat veggies in ,I'm trying to figure out how to make it with Brussels sprouts!😊🧡💜🧡
What a great variety to have! They can be so versatile! You could try to shave the Brussels down and either put it in raw for crunch or sauté them first and fold them in with everything else

I make these on occasion but I use cream of anything but mushroom. I don’t like them whatsoever. I also make them with manwich as the filling.
Oh manwich is a great idea! Haha that’s ok not everyone likes mushrooms! Cream of chicken or Cheddar Cheese soup would work just as well!!
