OMG ! I'm on diet and this recipe is AMAZING ! Proof that we can adapt recipes in low cal/ carbs and still enjoy food ! Thank you a lot :)
LOL. Low carb maybe but low cal? Where? 10 oz of semi-sweet dark chocolate is about 1800 calories and three eggs are about 210 calories. If cut into 6-8 slices to be about the small serving shown in the video, you're eating about 263-350 calories.

Not tryna be bodyshaming but you can always trust a big man with food
As the saying goes never trust a skinny chef
Not true, some of the greatest Chefs are thin and I've seen fat people eat some goddamn garbage, nor can all of them cook worth a damn. You can be fat and live off fast food junk and "cook" food that would make you barf.

I couldn't believe the title. I apologise sincerely. You stunned me with this and I can't wait to try it for myself. The fact is, one of my faults which I'm embarrassed about, is the fact that I'm overly pedantic when it comes to cooks saying 'only two ingredients' or 'only three ingredients' but then they don't include, for example, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp water or some ground pepper.
So, thank you for not letting me down. 3 components yes, but only 2 ingredients. Proud of you Sir. Can't wait to try this tomorrow, and I think I'll dust it with icing sugar like yourself, and serve with a little Chantilly cream. Best wishes to you and your family 👍👍👍

I always struggle to bake being lactose intolerant. THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE lol
EdwardEclipse
Look up "crazy cake." I'm lactose intolerant too. That cake is also easy to make, but it has more ingredients and no eggs. It's a coffee-chocolate cake. However, I did use only 1/4 of the amount of sugar it calls for. I can't tolerate that much sweetness (also why I don't buy sweets and pastries--too sweet for me!).
I also experimented with the amount of cocoa powder and coffee used until I got it to my taste.
EdwardEclipse Why don't you just use vegan recipes? Lol
Anything that calls for milk you can try almond milk or coconut milk, or cashew milk is probably the best.
try raw milk .. you cant digest milk pasteurized .. wonder if you could cook raw milk ??? you can have raw though if ya wanted .. it looks good .. simple .. make it this weekend .
Try "plant paradox" diet book written by dr. Gundry which i used he explains how drinking A2 milk is a REAL grass feed cows milk makes it possible for lactose intolerant persons to drink. I get mucous and cough when i have to tried to drink regular dairy products. Just sharing info thats all. Oh this doctor a cardiologist diet works helps tp permanently get rid of any allergies or health issues and most doctors wont share it cause they wont get to see us any more if. We stay health:)
