We will cast vote and decide is it that bad or not?

I’m glad Computer God was mentioned, but I’m surprised no one mentioned Master of Insanity as being one of the most memorable tracks on the record. Great riff and a hook that can actually stay with you.

Yes, Master of Insanity is great. And let's not forget "I".
But to hear the negativity on Too Late, that was a little bit of a shock to me. Especially given the tone, the setting, and how Tony's scorching solo just fits.

I'm a huge Ronnie James Dio fan
But dehumanizer is one of the greatest albums ever

  • @charlesbarr3561

I don't know, I guess I'm just a strange cat, because Dehumanizer was my favorite Black Sabbath album until just recently when I found myself leaning more toward The Devil You Know.
I absolutely love the complexity of the music, I love the fact that they showcase multiple tempos.
Time Machine and TV Crimes are my least favorite, but Sins of the Father is my favorite, and Iommi's work on Too Late is totally EPIC. That solo in Too Late literally speaks, and tells the story. You can hear it pleading its case on judgement day... Just amazing.

Crushing album and Dio is singing like he has a bone to pick.

Its one of their best, it completes the Holy trinity of Dio/Sabbath albums.

I bought this album when it came out in '92, and have loved it ever since ...Ronnie sings great, Vinny kicks ass, and the combo of Butler and Iommi is always great. I think this is the best out of all the albums that this lineup recorded, the others are great but this is a true doom and gloomy Black Sabbath album...nothing wrong IMO...and I own every album by both Sabb. and Dio.....\m/---\m/

👍👍👍 Heck yeah! So, I saw this tour twice, the first, in Columbus, Ohio, they played a smaller venue and I was lucky enough to be front row. It was LEGENDARY. Then I saw them in Dayton at Hare Arena. (Not sure if I spelled that right)

More like one of the most underrated albums of al time ever. I think it’s not even debatable. The only thing that was wrong was the timing. I.E when it came out.

@@hectorThechilldudeonacouch At the time 1992. Most Metal band were all trying to go extreme. I was 13 I think. That’s what i like about Black Sabbath. They were never trying to follow what everyone else was doing.

Regarding "Headless Cross" and "Tyr", vocalist Tony Martin was brought in to kinda sorta recapture the Dio-era. When the band toured in support of "Dehumanizer", Some Tony-Martin-Era material would have ROCKED!!!
The band did a lot of back-catalog and it's too bad that Ronnie James Dio sang Ozzy-era material after a decade of being a solo artist. Dio singing Tony-Martin-era material would have been better him singing than Ozzy-era material.
"Valhalla", "The Headless Cross" and "The Shining", from "The Eternal Idol", would have been COMPLETE TITS with Dio singing!

@@hectorThechilldudeonacouch Oh, I'm NOT saying I don't like it; it RAWKS! I'm only saying that some of the material sounds like it was intended to be Sabbath material. "Strange Highways"and "Dehumanizer" are sort of "book-end" releases, plus the graphic artist drew both "Dehumanizer's" Terminator-Grim Reaper and the da Vinci Vitruvian Man on "Strange Highways".

I always thought Dehumanizer was really strong. Not great like Heaven and Hell or Mob Rules, but still an enjoyable Dio/Sabbath record. Definitely darker than the first two albums with Dio. I wish the 92 reunion would've lasted longer.

Forbidden is worst that Dehumanizer! Forbidden, which is the last album with Tony Martin, is a dumpster fire and Ice-T being featured on one of the songs made it even worse!
