Idk if level up really replaced what recipe?! Used to do. Which is like demonstrating how to take anything from ur fridge/pantry and cooking on the fly and the recipe development process just really condensed . I find the old old recipes?! We’re more so cooking on the fly which I loved. I think you could still do both tbh. I’m digging level up but recipe?! To me still has its place!

Love this new concept! Since you asked for requests for what recipes to level up, I think it would be so fun to do some of the OG recipes like cauliflower buffalo wings or butternut squash tacos. Also, since it's the beginning of the holiday season, it could be cool to level up your holiday recipes. Would love to see how you'd repurpose the cauliflower roast, green bean casserole, and stuffed acorn squash.

The zucchini carbonara is a staple in this house and I always make way too much sauce. I found if I freeze it then it gets watery. I would love to know what else to do with it besides pasta. Salad dressing? Soup?
I have a good one for you! I LOVE the Philly Cheesesteak recipe from the first cookbook and make it for fun or for special occasions. My boyfriend LOVES it and I even made it for his family when I met them for the first time and they loved it. So, here's the thing, I always have leftovers. Even when I buy a 12 inch hoagie or baguette, I always have leftover cheesesteak sandwich filling (seitan and peppers) and nacho cheese sauce! Maybe you could use this recipe for your level up leftovers series! ^_^

Oh my goodness, the fondue was tasty but the level up to the soup was amazing!! Great for a broccoli cheddar soup. Eating it as I type this =)
