I remember when I first started watching Barstool I saw this kid and that looked like he was eager as hell to prove himself and you had a total insecure hack like $20 chef trying to push him out. I loved everything Chef Donny has done at Barstool. Stuff like cooking crazy stuff for the Yak, filming while getting arrested with Storm Chasers, Die Trying, and anything with the Wonton Don, I think this is some of the best content at Barstool.
What a work! Very impressive that was your first expo and that’s how you handled it! I grew up working in kitchens and running expo lines, watching this gave me that rush. You did a great job showing the true character of kitchen better than any cheesy ass Hulu show could ever. This one’s for the real BOH and FOHers. Well done
