How has your personal growth story as an INFJ looked like so far?

It was basement level and now it’s going up slowly because of Ideas for society. But at first I had to work on myself to be able to work now im 19 and have a business with my sister which we build up. But I feel the urge to meditate more often than normally because it’s stressful, or have more time for myself. I’m struggling to open up that’s why it makes the business a bit hard currently but yeah. I know what I have to work on in order to be efficient. I soak up so much opinions and emotions of those around that kinda makes it difficult for me as well.

I started off doing really well and noticing where I needed to improve for others, but it's been coming to a screeching halt lately. I think I'll be listening to this video often right now.
      Thank you. 💖

From my opinion and experience the most important thing to learn to as an INFJ is to be in knowledge and control of your gifts. Introverted, socially awkward, unable to be this and that which other people can with ease, combinated with enxiety, all that negative stigma, but think of it the other way. Think of all this at first sight so damn worse thing's as a prove that your mind is way powerfull than you think. I really love to say that you don't have to reach the sky phisically if you can get the sky into your head. To feel enxiety and fear about something means that you had already overcome what is an obstacle, you just can't believe in your own power of doing it so take your suffering as positive. As nonsens as it sound's, but in order to see the bigger picture you have to look beyond.

The beauty of INFJ is that we are like flowers. We bloom late or not quick. But when we do, we out run every body. The challenge for INFJ is starting small and be consistent. We lose physical energy easily, and have all the dreams in our mind. If only we can take the dreams from our minds and make them physical, INFJ would be amazing.

I have had a rule/guidance that if I could help others/multi-benefit with only 10% extra effort with something I am already passionate for then I will do it. So for goals where I haven't already built in a support system/others need...then 4% seems reasonable.
Lately, I think I have been trying to do the 10% rule even if I don't engage others who fuel me, and without that extra energy it makes me too exhausted. If I cannot engage a support system to help me provide the extra 6% in a system I know is sustainable then I need to accept that me alone can only do 4%.
Much more fun to engage others to help with the 10% though, and I have often been able to do so. Recently not as much, but I have and still am winning people over who have the power to add fuel to the fire. I am not just the person who comes up with novel ideas/improvements, but also the one who inspires others to do so.
Often our 4% can fuel the 10% or whatever is needed. Even with our own self-improvement goals (as many likely have similar goals). I really enjoyed this one Wenzes.

I am an INFJ and now I am feeling I can become the better version of myself through this 4% rule.

Reminds of a thing i learned. They called it” Move Closer. Stay Longer”. And “Thresholds”. So its like move 4% beyond a threshold. Go beyond your comfort zone! But in small steps ….4%….yeah. Get it.

Wenzes, this reminds me of when somebody first told me about some just-like-it-only-different information about:
    1. The "Rule if 72" in investing
    2. Compound interest,
    3. Exponents..
I know that my examples apply to investing money in particular, and math in general. And seeing the big picture, it taught me that in our lives, small things can add up - especially habits.
Your 4٪ rule fits into this very well - small but powerful steps. This applies to life in general - setting small goals, and they build up,, one on top of the other. After a while, you end up with a lot of wonderful things happening - and they still are growing. And it continues to show in your life!.
In other words - you're being a super example! 🙂❤

Really good and also updated your channel's logo and by the way that father issue you are talking about maybe mostly infjs has it including me too parents are the persons we neither door slamed them nor live without them if you are comfortable in sharing your story then it would be awesome or you can make a video on how to manage this father issue because I am pretty sure that most infjs has it

I learned along time ago to accept not winning not as a loss as long as I felt I had done the best I could at that time it allowed me to view it objectively and it became a learning experience that aided me in personal growth and able to move beyond my previous feeling of thinking I had done my best even ever so slightly...that what some would consider a loss became a winning learning experience.

It looks like i have been using this rule for all the things i have been interested in, but my case is based on a different thing.
When i have a vision i wanna make real, my head starts "calculating" or kind of "fetching" all the branches needed to achieve it. Doesn't matter how far away it is. If i get to the conclusion that it's achievable, it will be real.
All my decisions will be influenced by that vision until achieved. This is strange because when i'm in that situation, i'm around 70% out of reality... (normally 50%, as any INFJ knows...).

I can't understand an INFJ desiring wealth, power or status, I do not crave these things. Still, you mention on the top of your achievements the fact that you have more money. Are you sure that you are an INFJ? I have noticed that your videos are inclined toward the middle class life. How can you be an INFJ and still have desire for material things?
