Goal at 5:15 kicked with a rabona. There's a reason to kick it like that not always due to just show off. Most common reason is the player being right or left footed and the ball is at his other foot, it's quicker to bring his dominant foot from the back than to wait for the ball to be in a good position.
@Son of god well that wasn't very nice ...we gunners know that :p those goals from our past were great though ...quit being so mean, its like kicking someone when theyre down, or a dead horse ...we are one of those :p

Explanation for the goal at 9:30... The reason he bounces the ball of the goalkeeper's back is because he sees the goal is undefended, but the rule says between his throw in and the goal someone must touch the ball for the goal to be valid. He can't just throw it in towards the goal and score. So he sees the opposing keeper... that's someone, bounces the ball off his back, so someone did touch it, so he's then free to score. It's not a matter of disrespect as much as it's a matter of quick thinking and taking advantage of an opportunity.
For the out of bounds rule, in football, only the ball counts for those sorts of things, including goals, as long as the ball is touching the sideline, goal line whatever line you want it is still in play, or a live ball so to speak, hence why you see all the manouvering along the sideline.
In soccer my best cosch always taught me to always make the first decision that cones to mind. Never over think it. Because the first decision is always the right decision.
