Beautiful Ali...like a dance. I have been doing yoga for many years , so growth occurs in more subtle ways for me. It is very rare that a teacher is as effective as you are. The most important change for me is deeper, slower strength increase...noted in postures such as one legged plank...My hips no longer swing, I am solid. Hello Ali, I really love this class. I needed the slow, graceful movement of the class today. The 3-legged downward dog with one form-arm on the floor is a fantastic stretch any-time, but really great when muscles are tight. Class is 51 minutes but it took me well over an hour because I paused several times to work on them, even given that the class flow was on the slower side. Unlike other videos I've watched of Ali's, shavasana is short in this one so be prepared to move for the full time.

Hi Ali. Lovely class. Realised that I preferred other classes because I need my body to be really warm before warrior one and I struggle with this pose but am getting there. I can now do side crow without head banging! Thank you so much for all these wonderful classes. I give thanks to you every day. My yoga practice has soared because of you. Namaste.

This was such a perfect class for me today, as I had just had a bit of a cry thinking about my godfather, Frank, who passed away several years ago. Even letting myself cry is a step forward in releasing and letting go, and I find by accepting that feeling and experiencing it fully, it brings me farther into being able to hold dear all that he taught and brought me but releasing the anger I have toward his death. First time , i tried one if your advanced classes...and i love this one...i was sweating like hell and had to modify some of the arm balances like the side craw...but my core stability has improved al lot because i've practised a lot with your beginner classes💕

Waaa it was amazing! Some of the poses (handstand) were difficult, because you had to do them quick and i couldnt find the balance. but the flow was just perfect, i feel reborn. Going to this one more often:) thank you for this wonderful share 3

Thank you for posting this class, it's become one of my favorites. By doing it once a week I'm getting more proficient at the arm balances, and today I did my first unassisted forearm hand stand! I've been practicing this move against the wall, to prevent my feet from going over, but today, I got my feet straight up in the air without the help of the wall, very empowering!

So I KNEW when I searched your channel for "frustration" and "anger", no results would show up! So, I thought, what positive words would Ali use for me to find the class I needed right that moment: heart opening. This one came up and was perfect for me. It's one of my favorites, like all of your classes....thank you for helping me release my anger and frustration....I hope to hold onto this contentment for at least 5 minutes as I return to being the adult today--there's a perfect shirt: I don't want to adult today....hee hee....the joys and challenges of motherhood. My midwife had said it is a time where you will be able to feel complete and utter joy and happiness as well as complete and utter anger! It's worth it and I wouldn't change a thing. If I had not stayed home with my children, I would not have found you and the beauty and freedom your classes continue to offer me, no matter how many classes I repeat....they are always perfect and so aligned with what I need....so blessed by you, Ali....love to you and your familia....
Ah thank you so much! Yes, i have felt the exact thing your midwife said. You can be in a place of utter anger yet utter happiness at the same time when life gets frustrating. Wow, thank you so much for this class, it was absolutely amazing! I was somehow able to do side crow for the first time =D I'd been trying with specific tutorials for it, but it wasn't working, but it came so easily to me during this flow. Also went deeper into pigeon and wheel than I had ever done before. I'm new to your videos but I'm definitely sticking around :)
Chose this as my afternoon practice today as I hadn't done it in a while. Absolutely love this flow :) I felt really sad during shavasana though, as I allowed myself to dissolve and disappear I realised that right now I probably could vanish and nobody would be thinking of me enough to notice. I felt selfish almost. But I observed and let those feelings go. It is amazing how a practice can let such emotions out. Thanks Ali
I think you are right, I was so caught up in it but then I realised we can never know what others are thinking. Instead I will use the experience to better my own thoughts :D love and blessings right back

Wonderful class! Well-paced and challenging as always! I was feeling very gloomy today waking up to the snow here in Russia. This lifted my spirits and got the creakiness out of my back. I hadn't been able to do yoga for a week or so due to all the travel and settling in. Now that I bought a yoga mat here, I'll be back to doing your classes on a regular basis. :) Ali, please let me know if you'll ever be teaching in russia (i'm here for the year). Thanks! :)
You are amazing and I love your yoga videos! Every morning I wake up a do one of your yoga workouts. This one is by far my favorite and I try to do it at least once if not twice a week. It is so calming and grounding. I am approaching my second trimester of pregnancy and won't be able to do your workouts much longer. I am already having a harder time going into twists and I think arm balances, which are my favorite, will be out of the question soon. I've tried other pregnancy yoga videos and they are boring and way too easy. I have been cleared by my doctor to continue working out. Would you be able to post a pregnancy vinyasa video? OMG!!!! could only do the first 18 minutes bc that twist is scary!!! But the hip stretch at 7:50 is AMAZING..i have a bad hip and that felt so GREAT.....
I just finished doing different video of yours, missed this one but i will definitely do this one tomorrow:)but i watched it beforehand and looks pretty challenging:)i still can not do the forearm stand thank you , you included forearm stand in this video, each sec i pause and watch again to understand how to do it but i am falling down and little scary:)but i can do arm balances and the other challenging with your videos help but forehand stand i am still looking how to find the technic for it.
Just practice dolphin, arm balances, etc and with time you will get there. I can tell you are very persistent and committed so you will get there. Namaste :)

OMG!!!! could only do the first 18 minutes bc that twist is scary!!! But the hip stretch at 7:50 is AMAZING..i have a bad hip and that felt so GREAT.....

I just finished doing different video of yours, missed this one but i will definitely do this one tomorrow:)but i watched it beforehand and looks pretty challenging:)i still can not do the forearm stand thank you , you included forearm stand in this video, each sec i pause and watch again to understand how to do it but i am falling down and little scary:)but i can do arm balances and the other challenging with your videos help but forehand stand i am still looking how to find the technic for it.
