Hi Dear Ali!
For about 2,5 years after giving birth I was trying to lose weight that i gained during pregnancy, but NOTHING worked. I tried lots of diets and exercises, and my weight was the only thing i was thinking about, even my personal relations started to suffer because of my bad self esteem and negative thoughts.
After 10 days of practicing with your videos I lost my first 2,5 kg and 6 cm in my waist!!!!! You also encouraged me to start a vegetarian way of life :) I am a lazy person, and doing exercises for me was always been a torture, but now I am full of energy and every morning i wake up so happy knowing that i will make my practice and i will feel so amazing!!! thank you for virtually coming into my life and making those changes to my body and to the way I feel now! You are the BEST Guru!!! You changed my life and the way i see myself!!!

Ali, I've been working out since I was 14 (over 17 years). I'm certified as a personal trainers. I've run marathons, done kickboxing, some MMA, bootcamps, Pilates, weight lifting, swimming, almost everything - and honestly, I see the fasted improvement (maybe it's the improvement in my own body image as well) when I do your workouts. Please, please more of these 30 min (about) impact and intense, intermediate/advanced workouts. I love working out with you more than working out ever before!

CORE AND CARDIO! This class is the perfect toss between Flow and HIIT...heavy on the Hiit but with just enough yoga to maintain that peace and calmness we all seek (which truly makes the HIIT way more do-able). I loved the whole side plank sequence for core and balance. There is a wonderfully thorough core sequence toward the end of the class. Ali has the most amazing way of slipping in a pose like a one-armed plank so as to have you doing it before you realize that you (thought you) couldn't. I am always amazed at the move that Ali finesses me into before I have time to realize I am doing it. That is the magic that is Ali. What a gift we have in her. Ali, A strong class of "the subtle" . Thank you. I am totally focused on this discipline right now. Toward the end of the class, during the beautiful splits segment (my warm body seemed to melt into the posture) I was laying over my thigh and wishing I could lay there forever! I told myself I was just "RESETTING" HA!...I might of even of drooled a bit while "resting". I kid. It was a beautifully planned and executed class. I watch every video and do lots of the ak's and balances. This video was very challenging, sweating like hell and trying to keep up. I can't lie because I always tell the truth, this intense cardio yoga flexibility chick has made me stronger and challenged my body in varies of different ways with her yoga. She's helped me get my hips stronger and much more flexible along with her push-up chaturangas. That's just saying the least because she is a beast at what she does, oh yeah this is coming from a vegan dude

Haha I am not sure about the size either :P Sorry!. But it's the medium size ball. It has about a pound of sand inside. As far as kettle bell brand goes I just picked the industrial looking ones from a sports store. No idea what brand it is. Might have to check when i ma back.

if the 5 was heavy for you get a 3 pond one or use the 5 for swings with both hands. make sure you can do 12 perfectly aligned reps with it. otherwise it's too heavy

ah ok.:) yes it's in pounds. And it's OK for deadlifts and one arm swings/higher reps but I will be getting a heavier one soon. hope that helps :/

Mine is a bit too light at this point and I forget it's weight (i am still away from home). It's best to get at least two different weights depending on your own strength. Maybe test them at the store for one and two arm swings.

Danielle most likely you need to use perfect form for shorter intervals and build up over time. Handstand jumps do put a lot of weight on the wrists so it's good to build up slowly. check out my Vinyasa Yoga intermediate Shoulder Openers Wrist Hip Stretches class with modifications for wrists. Work on wrist alignment and wrist flexibility both. good luck. let me know how it goes. xo

aha 5 kilos is 11 pounds so not too bad. i know with the kilos and pounds can get to be confusing
hahah:)yeah you are right the other way around, i am in UK but when i search from amazon it is in kilos but i never seen before kettle bell so have no idea is it for holding two hands or just for one because it want bad at all for holding two hands
from your short time videos i can see it is 15 :)but i thought it cant be 15 kgs can it:)i tried in the shop even 5 was so heavy for me:)
and also the big ball you are using which size ball and the weight of one arm lifting weight when you are in plank :)when i look for kettle bell which preference i should consider not sloppy or any brand??
