Thanks for the comment! The whole setup certainly works great as an affordable option if you're willing to do a bit of handy-work with installing the switch and other pieces 👍
Let me know what you guys think of my light setup in the comments! I was hoping to include some night/dark footage of the lights in action, but wasn't able to find the right time to get that footage. The next time I find myself out in the dark I'll make sure to turn the camera on! ► AuxBeam Lights: amzn.to/3jocjXj ► Crash Bar Mounts: amzn.to/3qEGJGf ► Rocker Switch: amzn.to/3xa1H28
Accidentally forgot to turn of my switch and ended up draining my battery. Maybe you could make a tutorial for installing it when the contact switch is turned on so that you cannot forget it. Great review!
Hey Tim, thanks for watching and your comment. Sorry to hear about your mishap - that's exactly why I set up my electrical system in a way that means all of my electrical accessories (auxiliary lights included) turn off as soon as the bike is switched off (even if the auxiliary light switch is left on) - but it's definitely something that most people don't know about. It's already on my list of topics to make a video about, and perhaps I'll try to do it sooner rather than later now that I know you're interested. If you haven't already, subscribe to the channel and once that video comes out hopefully you'll get a notification that's it live. Thanks!
Tim, I worked over the last few days to get the video edited and uploaded where I explain my electrical system setup - here it is: ruclips.net/video/3TmJcYU8vLs/видео.html
Can you please provide a link to the mount (or clamp), I like the rotating feature and the length. Or how do you spell "litronic" or "light tronic" or what?
Nice set up. Looks tailor made for your bike. Nice job on videos, too.
