@@VermontScaleCustoms I recently bought my first crawler, a WPL C24-1. I hope I can finish a first video about it soon. Unfortunately, real life is a little stressful right now...
Thanks! Ever since I started watching Hoon's RC videos a few years ago that's how I've done mine. Film at high frame rate and be able to slow it down and still be smooth.
Very good video, the image detail is amazing, the filming rig sounds pretty expensive, i use a budget action camera with EIS and no gimbal, not amazing but it does what i want, keep up the good work
Thankyou! I got my influence years ago by watching Hoon's RC videos. Hands down the best, in my opinion. The gimbal is about $90, maybe less now on Amazon. I'm on my second one and the first one was about $50 more so they've come down a lot in price and have gotten better in quality. I use a GoPro 9 but for years I used simple 20MP 4K action cameras from Amazon that sell for about $50-60 each. Those, unfortunately, don't have good stabilization but they do produce decent video. When I got started, I just used a single camera on a small tripod for low angle views. Single position stuff can often times be so much more interesting. It's like capturing a scene versus capturing non-stop action.
It’s a perfect creek Mark! Awesome trail footage! Which go pro is that again? You had me hooked with the tf2 platform years ago..And I finally pulled the trigger. I’ll need you guidance for sure and to share my thoughts on what I am planning
YOU GOT ONE?!?! That's awesome. Can't wait to see it. That's a GoPro Hero9 - same specs as the 10 from what I learned. The 11 is 5k like a cell phone but much more expensive. So the 9 seemed to be the smart choice on a budget.
@@VermontScaleCustoms the quality is very nice and it was a great move! Yes yes I finally bought one.. To be honest I ordered the Axial CJ7 but there was a big delay as it was on backorder, but I wanted a leaf truck so I contacted the store and changed the order to the TF2 Marlin.. I'll get to you on pm

Congrats on the new purchase. I fully understand. I had to move half way across the US last year.
Could spend all day in a small area of that COOL Creek filming hehee. That Truck is PERFECT. I Love it.
Thank you! I've spent a lot of time working on getting the suspension right and I think it's the best it's been yet. Much more capable now.
Cool crawling video! Love the shots! Well done!
Thank you! This is a great location for this truck. Need to explore more of it!
The GoPro is a game changer 💯
it really did make it so much easier to watch the videos. The quality is top notch. Sure, cell phone 5k is nice but I like this.
That slow mo does the trick in making it look scale. Very nice indeed.
