- Cookies and Cream! Today Recreational Resort Cottages and Mr. Tiny are bringing to you the Bernedoodle showcased in a sleek black and white design. A brand new style option that we have recently started doing at RRC is black cabinets. This is a new feature that we already love! Another new feature that we have added that match perfectly with the black cabinets are black painted open shelves. In this model we have snuck in multiple shiplap accents. The first one being in the tray ceiling of the living room, with a three blade ceiling fan centered in the middle. We also snuck another shiplap piece behind the black shelves in the dining area of the home. With no loft, this Tiny home does not fail to boast tall ceilings throughout. Instead of putting space for the washer and dryer out in the open hallway we chose to prep space for it directly inside of the bedroom, that way its out of the way as well as hidden from view to visitors. In the bedroom of this park model for an added touch we wanted to give you even more storage with built-in closet cabinets that are apart from the regular closet that you get as well.
The Bernedoodle is on sale today for just $88,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.
Please note that prices are current as of the publish date of the video but are subject to change at any time without notice as building and material costs continue to rise at unprecedented rates. Call 972-771-2176 or visit rrcrockwall.com/ for current pricing.

Dude... every time I watch your videos, I am reminded that you are a world class salesman.
The product seems good, but the selling of it... just world class.
Cheers!
This is the basic floor plan we purchased in October 2019. We omitted the front porch, put the entry door on the side wall opposite the kitchen and built a deck with ramps and stairs off the entry. We kept all the doorways 36" wide with pocket doors. We had a tiled, walk-in shower installed WITHOUT the glass shower door. (A shower curtain works fine and can be easily replaced.) We had a tall (handicap) commode installed. We put 3 pantry cabinets where the coffee bar is. We are happy with our purchase.
I will say, the delivery and set-up team were absolutely awesome! We had a cement slab all ready prepared for the tiny house. The delivery team had the tiny home on the slab, leveled, strapped down and a temporary set of steps in place in about 2 hours. The tongue is removable and was placed under the house on the slab. We kept the wheels and tires in place so the unit is legally classified as an RV ... It makes a difference when the county property appraiser comes by.
We tipped each member of the delivery team. They earned it! Our model was delivered in early April 2020.
It's nice to hear from someone who has "been there and done that." Your point about putting storage cabinets in the dining area makes more since then shelves for décor. I am also having a tiny home put on a slab next door (5' away) from my son's house. We couldn't put a MFG home there but could put something that is NOT permanent.
I love how all your tiny homes have so much natural light shining in 🥰
💯
I absolutely love this model of tiny home. Just enough space for a single independent women like myself.👍😍🏠
Thank you Mr. Tiny. Your enthusiasm is uplifting.
*I really, really like this tiny home. I hope to buy land someday and purchase a lot of your tiny homes for the homeless.* 🙏🏾 Great job as always, Mr. Tiny!
The flow on this is simple, that's all some people need. Normally I don't prefer the galley kitchen, but in this style model I do like it because it's wide, no bumping into everything. I like that it's accessible for everyone in height and width. The colors work well together, nice contrast. The countertop and those black cabinets on the bottom are the stuff, scuff marks and such disappear. I'm not a fan of shiplap, but it's done well in this model, not too much. This is what I would call
"Farm and Country Modern". The metal railing on the porch, and the bumpout (which allows the w/d to be a little incognito inside) adds to the whole package. I also like the set up in the bedroom. The little cabinet to the side and the closet too. For people who like to add their own stamp, they can get creative with this whole space. Last but not least, the price is right.
Mr Tiny, "Hello". I hope it didn't take you, too long to read this. You know on occasion, I get carried away with my review. 😂 I'm still watching, first because I want too, and next because this may offer many people an opportunity to own, what they may never be able to afford in a full size home,
a starter home, a downsized home, a vacation home, a retirement home, a business office, the possibilities are endless. Thank you for your time, information and entertainment in bringing these segments to us.
LOVE THIS HOME MR.TINEY♥️♥️♥️♥️ YOU DID GOOD 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I got nervous that there wasn’t closet space and then BAM 💥 Mr. Tiny delivers.
This one is so nice, the spacing, and natural light. Nice seeing you again, always a stellar tour. 🙌🏽 Cookies n Cream 🙌🏽😄
Nice tiny home but those pants you’re wearing that are painted on- YUMMY!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this model! The kitchen and dining area is so nice! And, more room for pics on the wall is fab! and a large space for a tv in the bedroom!
Mr Tiny, if you do not own this business, you Should! You are awesome.
Nice sure wish I could visit your showroom. Live in California, but really like watching and wishing . Great job Mr Tiny
Yay!!! I was afraid tiny home 🏡 Tuesday was over. I’m excited to see this one!!!💕💕
What I love about the Bernedoodle is that the length and height make it feel a lot bigger than 399 square feet. And unlike some other models, there's plenty of space for somebody with broad shoulders to move around without worrying about bumping into doorjambs.
I like the placement of the water heater. I can remember a video of a similar model a long time ago where the water heater was taking up valuable space in the bedroom closet. I'd much rather have it at the bottom of the bedroom pantry. I wouldn't want to use that section for storage anyway. I'd have to bend way over or crouch down to get into it.
The black contrasted with the white throughout the home is really aesthetically pleasing. Nice job on that.
I like having all of that extra space next to the bedroom pantry. I would probably set up a desk in that space.
The bathroom is just the right size. It's not bigger than it needs to be, but it's also not cramped.
My only criticism of the home has to do with the bedroom closet. The cheap-looking metal shelf doesn't match the quality of the rest of the home. It feels like a holdover from the barebones APX-150.
I was actually excited to see the wire shelving! Wood shelving requires dusting and the paint wears off with use. I guess everyone prefers something different! Glad to know they’re willing to customize for each buyer.
@@AVega-rx4px - I agree, I absolutely PREFER the metal wire shelves because I have wood shelves and they are always dusty, no matter how much I clean them. You wouldn't have this problem with the metal ones.
Oh my, those white pants look amazing on you.
I have watch videos from all kinds of businesses of tiny homes. But Mr. Tiny and Park Models cannot be beat❤❤❤❤❤
I like this unit a lot. You get a lot of bang for your buck! Living room is nice and squared with ample room for a large couch that can pull out as a bed if needed. Plenty of room for a large TV. Then you have a space for a small dining table. Only thing I would add is a back door to the bedroom so I could build a deck in the backyard for relaxing, grilling etc. some windows above the couch would be nice as it feels a little dark in there.
What I think would look nice is if you trimmed out those white cabnets with Black to match the bottom canets , to make the white cabnets pop!!!!!!
Love Mr. Tiny.
I look forward to Tuesday to watch these videos
Love the openness of this home plenty of storage and space to manover around this house is perfect
I love this one. Lol. I’d only tweak some black and white stuff for more white and have a shower/tub combo. My fave part is opening up the bedroom and not cramming a bunch of closet/dresser pre made stuff in there. I have antique pieces I want in mine and I’d prob get one of those ikea sofa things you can make into a bed. Big bed when you want but can also make more space when you want. Gives people a lot more flex in how to do their bedrooms and looks a lot less cramped. Oh and my other fave thing is how prices seem to be dropping. 😅😅 Also love galley kitchen and more open ended design options in the living/dining area. Truly less is more imo. Both going tiny and also not cramming it with so much bulky pre made stuff in there.
The prices are finally going down a littlle.
Thank God cause I need 3 and refuse to buy until this inflation starts to chill a bit..
No they aren't going down. You.used to.be able to get a much better tiny home for 88k. They just reduced what you are getting. There aren't any windows behind the sofa and the window above the door is not a triangle. There also is no loft and it is only 11 ft wide with no side deck but it is pretty.
Love the tall ceilings!
Yes I'm waiting for one more affordable for me
@@timeforchange3786 It's just a different model and great for those of us who prefer fewer windows and no loft.
Those painted shelves are 100% better than plain pine slats put up as shelves. Nice smooth transition from one area to another. Lovely well designed mini home.
Efficient 1 bedroom tiny home! Got everything you need...Likes the pantry closet w W/D hoodup in the bedrrom...Likes the living room w separate dining area!
I really like fewer Windows in the living space. Room for that 80 inch tv.
I like the black and white color combo with those wood floors- classic👌
Mr. “Real Wood” Tiny! This is a great, functional plan! Love the black and white aesthetic, inside and out. Great work my man!
Functionality and room for big tv's. Perfect
This one is great. I would change to a shower without the seats as I would need room for my home health worker to stand behind me. Otherwise it’s great as it would easily accommodate my walker. Usually these park models have smaller doorways but these are regular doorways. Like you said so much better for mobility impaired. Thank you for highlighting this one👍❤️
There's a similar floorplan that has a very spacious 60-inch "roll-in" shower for people who are disabled. (And my understanding is that the seat in the shower lifts up and out of the way if you don't need to use it.) You can take a look at that model here: ruclips.net/video/tNONMVG3ZWM/видео.html
Beautiful, Mr. Tiny! My first video of yours. I like your product and presentation. I'm going to stay tuned for a slightly larger home, but with this wheelchair access for my guests. Thank you 😀
Mr. Tiny, lovely home. If my eyes are correct, the closest in the bedroom had wire racks. This is a great layout and the lack of a loft add to the appeal. Thank you.
I wish it had a loft. Nice floor plan Mr. Tiny.😊👍👍
Thank you for the width for those of using wheelchair, rollator &/or canes. But side-by-side washer & dryer would be better for us.
Love, love, love the transom windows.
I love this house, the only thing I would change is instead of a window in the bedroom I would like to have a blind in door. Having a disabled spouse an egress window is a little bit hard to get out of in case of a fire.
I was thinking the same thing. Every second counts. Put a porch back there, too!
A roll under sink would help too, and a roll in shower with grab bars
LOVE IT!! YOUR PRESENTATION IS TOP NOTCH!!!
This is perfect! The only thing I’d change is to add a farmhouse sink. If only I could find a place to put it in Northern Ca…
Great model. All things perfectly placed. The livingroom is a nice size. It needs a bookshelf room divider. It needs all wood in the closets not those metal attachment to hang clothes.
Love that living room layout. Great hall width. Nice color scheme on those cabinets.
(FYI-If you're in a wheelchair-stackable washer & dryer is not practical. )
They have washer and dryers in one or you could have the hook ups behind a bifold door in the bedroom and make the area for the stackable the pantry/closet
@@timeforchange3786 maybe.
Love the built in , great place for a coffee station. A place for a small dinette in front of that large window awesome!
Over all quality and cozy not lacking anything. I bet you could get a dishwasher if one was inclined. Great presentation mike.
Nice Tiny Home...rooms are spacious with good lighting.
The price is very good, so much space upfront that is my favorite. I would definitely change the black to a more neutral color that compliments walnut dining set. Quartz countertop because of durability you don't have to worry about scratches, heat damage, or moisture. I would opt for a tub with a shower that is attached to the tub and movable. The one cabinet to hide the water tank I would make it a nightstand
Like seeing units without lofts. For me I wouldn’t need a loft so the high ceilings are nice.
I like that it gives you extra tall cabinets as well
I like the open space for getting through with walker, wheelchair...
I do NOT like drab black cabinets etc. I do like the pretty flooring...As far as the huge front porch, (If I were looking to buy), my preference would be to have a small porch, and then take that extra space and add it to the living room. We do NOT have TV so we don't need a wall for that. However, we do have a piano and we would need space for that. I do not want to be aknowledged in any future
comments. If you find reason to mention any thing regarding this please just make it anonymous. Thank you Mr. Tiny 😊
Baby I'm going to respond because you're probably my age if he were to add that square footage to the inside it would no longer be called a tiny home which I know you're not thinking about the name but once it reaches 400 square feet it's considered a homestead and therefore at least in the state of Texas you have to pay taxes on a homestead every year that may not be a big deal to you if you can get what they call the tiny plus which is a he has some I think for 640 square feet or something like that but there's a little bit bigger one and you can still get the same size porch and that's really not all that huge I've looked at a lot of these but long as it's 399 square feet or less that is considered a recreational vehicle and can be hooked up in an RV park and driven down the highway just like you would a regular RV but when it's more than that or square footage than that then it becomes a totally different product it's a homestead not an RV even though it's called a cottage if that makes any sense that's just how the state of Texas does it I don't know what the rules and laws are another states
I love his Real Wood! catchphrase
I bought my tiny bc of ur awesome tunes dude!
Love tiny houses, this is very spacious... I like it
I really like this model. Real doodle of a home.
Love your tiny homes!!
I love the accessibility of this home, loving the black cabinets, thank you for your hard work. Be blessed and be safe
I really like this, especially with the accommodations. I’d like this with a taller toilet (bad knees), grab bar in shower and by the toilet, and a gas stove and on demand water heater. I’m 65 and window shopping around for alternatives for me to age in place. I’m going camping in October in Texas, and plan to stop by for a look and see and ask questions. I’m real curious to find out if there is any small plot of land I could purchase in the Piney Woods area so I don’t ever have to be worried about lot rent in the future.
They definitely should make a tiny home subdivision where the land is available for sale. Would be nice to have fenced back yards as well
You know they have a beautiful one especially with handicapped features everywhere !
I want plantation shutters and a farm sink and a gas stove.
Mr.Tiny been firing off the funnies with those big guns.
I like the black bottom cabinets but I’m not crazy about white cabinets. I would have gone with white oak tops and white marble porcelain counters. I love that it’s wheel chair accessible in most areas. If you could do zero clearance in shower you’d have a winner for those who have limited mobility.
Robin anything like that can be done it's just that then it cost more money to change up the floor plan I'm talking about the shower specifically since you mentioned that so I get where you're coming from but that changes the price you can do anything any colors with these homes you can do away with the window whatever but it cost more money so that's sometimes not always said in the videos but I've listened to many many of his but I first saw his video come up on my feed I just watched it out of curiosity and then I benged the whole day!! So I have heard his sales pitch many times and he backs up whatever he says so I believe he's very trustworthy but you can change the color of the cabinets the color of the walls color of the countertops but you have to pay a different price the very one he's showing you is the one that's 88k
I love it!everything about it!I especially like that it's wheelchair accessible. So many tiny homes aren't.
Love the contrast of black and white! Nicely done, Mr. Tiny!
Always look forward to your tiny homes video 😊
A really nice simple floor plan. Love that it's accessible!
Another awesome guest cottage!! So cute!
I like that there are fewer built-ins and windows.
Great looking tiny home
This is one of my favorites. I love the black and white inside and out.
This is my favorite one so far! The only thing I would change would be to have an entrance to the bathroom from the bedroom also.
Hi, missed you..I'de ask where have you been..but I'm sure you have been busy... always in the same place, doing the same thing...just don't work ALL THE TIME🥰😉
HOPE YOU HAD A Fabulous ☀️ SUMMER and took sometime for yourself, you need to Rest and Relax yourself🤗🥳💗
Love the black cabinets!
This would be nice built as a full-on single wide home!
This is a really nice tiny home. If you had this same model with a full loft over the kitchen/bedroom section, I would be very interested. I just like having the flexibility of the extra space the loft provides.
I would get a couch the is from the wall to the counter, great space, usually tiny homes ive seen dont have much living room space but this is perfect
Very nice for a single person, only thing different I would want is a 30 gallon water heater.
Love the tiny homes just enough space for two people.
I love black and white it my favorite color
wow n wow beautiful
Looks great, black cabinets are nice, I would go with black appliances though and maybe tv wall a nice light grey wall color
This unit is beautiful for a person in a wheelchair except for a few things, wash machine and dryer have to be side-by-side because cannot reach the top of the dryer, in the kitchen add a double sink or a dishwasher drawer and remove the hot water tank for instant tank and place a small desk area in that location beautiful job beautiful job
Love this home! Very spacious. I’d omit the ‘dresser’ in the bedroom & change the closet door to pocket double doors. Need side by side w/d & pull down units in upper kitchen cabinets to make it truly accessible.
I like that this would accommodate someone in a walker or wheelchair and I can see that it would take some creative ramp work to get that person into this tiny home. I like, also, that you didn't put in the entertainment center as then the dining space could be more easily customized. I would have white cabinets with the black pulls throughout but I do like the black shelves as a contrast. Eleven feet wide is too small for black as is the lack of windows in the living area.
I would not want the "pantry" in the bedroom, I'd figure out storage and a media unit that was less than 1' deep and probably the width of the room with storage bins. Getting around with the walker would be key to bed placement.
This is a nice home and anyone living there would be lucky.
This is so cute. Be nice if the bedroom was just a little bigger and you could have a bathtub 😛
I'm absolutely sure you can have a bathtub instead of a shower but if the bedroom or any bigger than it would be more than $399 ft once it goes past 400 it becomes your homestead and therefore you have to pay taxes as long as you keep it 399 or under for the living space then you can call it a recreational vehicle and it can be moved and set up even in a RV Park so that's why they have to keep it 399 ft there's no taxes on a recreational vehicle but there is on a home that's 400 square feet or more
I love this floor plan...
The homes look very built and the fact that that senior citizens can almost afford them. I love these homes
RRC has a few for disabled and seniors give Mr. Tiny a call
Always love your
Videos! Would love to talk with you one day as i can see so many ways to take this up a few more notches!
I would love to see one of the homes with apartment size appliances.
Lovey! The only thing I wish it had is a pantry.
Awesome tiny home!
I love the floor plan.
This is a lovely one. I like the colors, the spacious feel, and the access of this home. I've fond of the hutch and area for a dining table, too.
The Cutest name of a tiny home ever!!!
This is a really nice looking house!
I just keep coming back to this one so I must like it alot😃 It's the openess/flow of the small space I really like, I don't use much area anyway, just half of my house (thats why I'm looking to go tiny🤷🏽♀️A few tweaks to make it my own--i would use black as my pop of color/accent--prob go towards grays/dk grays for base so the decoration colors/accessories could be changed up when i want to. I love luvvvvv the porch. Truthfully I don't need that much light (no windows=more walls for me👍🏽), I like the dark--keeps everything in the south shaded😆
A strange name for a great looking home. Great layout, great floorplan. The bathroom needs a functioning window for air and more light. I d ok not like the water heater in the bedroom, but I can work with it. I like this home with a fair price.
I like this floor plan
Tuesdays not complete with out Mike and RRC.
Truth
I like that house it's spacious looking l really wish there was a tiny home community or neighborhood just like other neighborhoods where all the house's are already constructed so all you would have to do but pick your home buy it and move in. If you don't own any land anywhere it would be a hassle trying to find a place to put it.
Love the layout
You never get tongue-tied or miss a beat during your tours! Very smooth Mr Tiny! Hoping our next trip to TX we can finally stop in and check out these awesome homes in person.
I love it. Only thing it's missing is a dish washer
Another great quality home!! Price is right!!
Overall love this model. The layout is great i would add more shelving or a cabinet over the stackable wash/dryer. Love the color scheme. I will eventually be buying from you when the time is right. I have been researching and you are by far the best builder in quality and aesthetic.
The shelving above the washer/dryer unit is doable BUT you have to measure everything out because it may be right. You could always install shelves nearby for convenience or add a caddy for storage. Good thing their homes are customized to the customers' liking.
Love the Bernedoodle!
I like this one for my mom
