@@american_woman Obviously, they know nothing. If anything is trash, its his junk. I'd like to say, RRC shows fantastic homes. I live in Georgia, and we have nothing even close to what you offer in this area. Wish you had a branch in the southeast.
@@tamielizabethallaway2413 They only deliver free for 100 miles. Delivery fees for 800 or more miles would be expensive, plus, if you needed something, like repairs or something not working, there's no support for the warranty because you're so far away.
@@SelfEmpoweredJDYep same here. I just moved from Dallas to Nashville and went to RRC to look at these tiny homes. It was going to cost a fortune to ship it to Dickson.
Accent tile! It's purrrrfect. This one may be your wittiest yet. Magic Mountain exterior with a MiniMag interior that makes it a Tardis. And your interior decorator pulled off a purrrrfect blend of BoHo and Bauhaus. Like a Black Magic Woman meets a Magic Man for a soundtrack. We are VERY amused.
8:23 I think this might be the most luxurious shower I've ever seen in a tiny home. Easily the best part of the floorplan in my opinion. 9:46 I also appreciate that you made the most of such a small bedroom. The accent wall is super stylish, and the closet area at the foot of the bed is a nice way to compensate for the staircase taking up what would normally be The Lark's closet space. The only thing I would change is that I would get rid of the dresser in the middle and make that section into one large closet. Dresser drawers could be built into a bed box.
I've seen 3 models they have with this type shower. They are my favorite too. I agree with you about making the one wall for closet space and putting the drawers inside the bed box.
Mr. Tiny, I am Edward and have been admiring your tiny homes for some time. I am so in love with your models. The clothes you are wearing, you are sporting and representing the movie, "Staying Alive."
LOVE THIS!!!! Checks ALL of my boxes - clean fresh style, beautiful color palette, shiplap design elements and that Farm Sink - YES!!!! Soft close cabinetry and that SHOWER - WOWZERS!! If this model could be made without the loft, it would be my first choice favorite!! 🙂
This one literally had my mouth watering. If I was in the market for a tiny home, this would be the one. Black white and hickory combo is my favorite palette. The black ship lath accent walls, the kitchen, and oh, that shower! The black subway tile with that pebble accent and the rain style shower head is my dream shower. The bedroom is equally fine. The closets and the built in drawers are super nice looking too. Love the loft - it's the icing on the cake! This one is another showstopper!
This is a home run!! I love that southern yellow pine with that black accent wall, I love that pattern in that accent wall. I love the black kitchen cabinets with the white cabinets above with that black hexagon tile with the white grout. I love the centralized loft!! I love the the bathroom with the black tile and that vertical rock accent. That Calcutta marble with black cabinets look amazing!! I love the modern look! I love the copper roof! And I love that prismatic window in the bedroom as well!
I like the black accent walls throughout. The white upper cabinets in the kitchen break up the black. The bathroom is nice with the design of the shower wall, loving it. I even like the accent wall in the bedroom. Nice floorplan!
Loved this home! The wider hall and door opening makes it seem more spacious and the bathroom and shower sold me but the exterior design and colors caught my eye right away. High end materials make this home a good value . This is my new top pick the designers, builders and Mr Tiny all did a great job
Mr. Tiny, if you make this into a single section, 2/2 I will send you a bag of money. 🙏🏼. Love the hexagon tile in the kitchen and that shower is gorgeous.
Love this tiny home.. Especially the wooden accents.. Especially the bedroom Bungalow feel... Central loft is my favorite! Love the living room layout w dining area! Likes the splash glass shower w river stone accents... Likes the bedroom w the head board accent and roof line...One of the best tiny home!!!
Beautiful Park Model-LOvE the exterior. But as always, I have to ask-why so many windows? Furniture placement is a problem and security is a problem. PLEASE not so many windows and make the ones in the living area not so huge (they almost go to the floor) so that you can have more choices with furniture placement and smaller closets where you now put windows. The builds seem to be rectangle boxes with floors/windows with very little wall construction. Trying to understand where the cost is. I adore Mr. Tiny---and hope someday to have a home from this company.
I bet you could add in an 18” one to the left of the sink. Or maybe one of those drawer style dishwashers. You’d just lose most of that lower cabinet space that’s there.
I also love the shower EXCEPT for the fiberglass pan...I hate those things. A bottom tiled with 12x18s and a hidden drain would be perfect. Love the black accents as well.
I absolutely love this one! No built ins taking up all the floor space. Light countertops, hexagon tiles, privacy slats. Black and white instead of full on cabin look. Love it! The only two things I would change is the ss sink needs to be a white or black sink with gold faucet and drawer pulls on the cabinets. And, I'm not a fan of the pebbles look in the shower, I'd use the hexagons from the kitchen backsplash. Otherwise, it's as close to perfect as I've ever seen.
I'd reverse the shower tile to pebble all around with a black strip because the pebble pattern will hide hard water spots unlike the black. Also, eliminate one corner window in the LR for a bigger TV. Could the color scheme be a deep navy blue rather than black = ❤... keep up the great work!!
This is a lovely tiny home!! My husband & I like the design and layout of the living room & kitchen. The bathroom is a good size. However, it is just not sanitary (to us) to have the bathroom directly across from the kitchen! Regardless of how beautiful a home & decor are, it is a huge negative when to see the bathroom right across from the kitchen. If there was a way to build one with a similar layout, but have the bathroom placed in a different location from the kitchen that would make this model a winner! Additionally, the loft is a good size and the ceiling's height is high enough to not feel caved in. Another thing that would be good is NOT having the electric box in the primary bedroom. There's a lot of research that shows that electrical box gives off electromagnetic frequencies that may affect one's brain cells, etc. This is why it is better to have it placed away from where a person sleeps. Of course, practically everything gives off electromagnetic energy. At the same time, it's important that we limit our exposure to getting more overload by keeping certain electrical items away from the bedroom. It would be beneficial to consider NOT having the electrical box in any of the bedrooms in your models, esp. moving forward. Otherwise, this was a lovely home & you did a fantastic job showing it.
I want to see one of these built wheelchair friendly with lowered counters, lowered upper cabinets, roll under sinks. Wish someone would special order one, just so we could see some pictures. I can't wait to see the ADA tiny homes come out in TN. They say they are going to build some. Yeah!
I have to say this is by far my favorite. I live the bedroom with that accent wall as well as the bathroom tile work. The accent wall in the living room is gorgeous with the mirror, which gives the illusion of more space. I have one question, is there a possibility of extending the porch around to the right side of the tiny home and placing the entrance door on the side in place of the second window on that side? I think this will allow for more usable space in the living room while still allowing the small dinning area. I also think there is room for an additional cabinet above the "TV" area in the bedroom. Also a live edge open shelf under the prismatic window in the bedroom that allows the closet door to still open, could allow additional storage in cute baskets, decor or plants. Just a suggestion.
I always love the style of RRC homes but are the full size appliances necessary? Can they be apartment sized? Even in the wider sized homes, a person with a wheelchair, walker, cane or crutches will find maneuvering in them difficult
Love this Model. Love the color choices, and the accent walls, but I would want a Full Glass Front Door with blinds between glass. I am not a loft lover, nor do I need a loft. I would rather have the High Vaulted Ceiling throughout the entire home. The kitchen and Bathroom would feel so much larger and open without that loft above and the low ceiling. Where the Stairs currently are could be an Amazingly Large Pantry / Storage Closet. And I would need a Dishwasher. (no dishwasher is a no go for me, I never want to be forced to stand at a kitchen sink doing dishes. Especially in a single bowl farm sink.)
RRC is the best for showing these tiny homes ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Mr.Tiny tops it off❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow another banger very nice great job Mr Tiny 👍
Love the accent wall in the bathroom &,black with the hickory.

Favorite feature is the openness ❤

I love the boho style. I would love to see this boho style in a 2 bedroom with 1 1/2 baths no loft😊
Pebble accent is beautiful! Love all the windows too🤗
Whoever does the decorating and color coordination is spot on!
Man this is the best one. The accent walls and the cabinets black on bottom white on top is hitting my tuxedo aesthetic.
This one is FN beautiful!!!!
I am a fan of the natural wood. However, the fancy shower is really nice.
I love how Mr. Tiny always matches helps outfit to the house. I'd like to see that pebble tile at the bottom of a shower.
Beautiful! Not surprised at all. Love these tiny homes! Shower was my favorite but honestly everything looked great!
Love this style ❤ Mr. Tiny ❤
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️IM ALL ABOUT THE BOHO BABY
This is stunning!
I love everything about this home. Thank you Mr. Tiny.
